It's not a set i'd use simply because it requires only minimal skills in actually playing the game....i'm not an amazing PvPer but i'm not that lame!
Of course successful theory crafting took place but using this build, in my opinion, requires 2 things: 1. positioning yourself in areas where you could receive damage and 2. keep blocking.
I fought someone with a similar build last night simply by ignoring him/her.....total irrelevance.
However it's much harder to ignore a player when he/she sits amongst other ones in some BGs

If a tank causes you to ignore in a 1vs1 scenario and you're a dps not doing any dps then does that make your build irrelevant as well?
A whole bunch of irrelevancy?
It's like old WoW Retribution Tank...I miss him soloing Dungeons 😭
Also of Note, You are killing yourself. Where is that video...Ah found it. 😁
I might use a variant of this for PVE.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nLwLAF0RP0

Wow this is a fantastic build to finally allow me to do quests in IC and not get killed instantly. I tweaked it a little to use Leeching, Thews, Malacath, Grothdar. Me and 2 other players killed several groups of 3, 4, 5 enemies trying to knock us off a flag. The other 2 might have been great players but it is the first time in IC that I see the enemy before I am already dead. I think I could trade in Mal/groth for Bloodthorn/Torc/stonekeeper/etc for even more survivability.
This is definitely NOT overpowered because as some say it unless someone is attacking, this build can't do that much damage. All this does is allow players like me, who have arthritis and can't mash button super fast or don't have cheesy combos, to stay alive a bit longer and that is about it. ZOS please stop listening to PVP constantly complaining about every set/skill that allows people not to be killed instantly as OP and always Nerfing everything and making PVE suffer every time.

This build and set has been around literally for years; rouDer had made several guides before his departure. I would think it was going tonbe nerfed it would have been by now
