Singing Skald costume false advertising

    My singing skald hat has disappeared. I can no longer find it from my collectibles. Anyone facing the same problem?

    Perhaps they got tired of people complaining about it, and just revoked it?

    That would be terribly unfair. I bought the costume only because I wanted the cap with the feather and now it's gone.

    That would be terribly unfair. I bought the costume only because I wanted the cap with the feather and now it's gone.

    I seem to temember them removing a costume once. It was returned after a week or 2. It was to fix something with it

    I cant remember the costume tought

    Maybe you just hid your helmet? The hat is a part of the costume, not a separate collectible.

    maybe someone is frantically adding a basic hair mesh to it.

    The costume is still in the store, so it hasn't been removed.

    Hey all, just wanted to confirm that we've been looking into this. There will be a fix in a future patch that will make players' hair more closely match the screenshot when the hat is equipped.

    But what if you do not have long hair anyway? Please tell this one the hat will not now make hair appear where there was none before - for example on a short furred khajiit.

    @ZOS_SarahHecker Will this upcoming fix also include hats that have the same bald effect, like the recently released: 'Wayrest Canto Chapeau', 'Spirited Soubrette Round Cap', and 'Dibella’s Crescendo Tam'? It would be awesome to have these great hats showing the hair underneath as well!

    That's great to hear! However, I don't want our character's hair to be tucked inside the hat if the hair style is long!

    i agree with santie claws, i really hope it doesn't put hair on my bald khajiit who doesn't normally have it XD

    True, but since it does one would think that after all these years someone at Zos would have told the art department that hair does not appear on the head when wearing a hat. Or everyone knows this but is aware that would sell as well.
