I don't think that's why, it's counter intuitive if you think about it. They still put out 4 DLC dungeons a year so no less development work is being done regardless of popularity after they're released. Now perhaps they've increased the efficiency to build dungeons out and less time is needed today vs a year ago allowing some of his time can be allocated to other things.

Need solo dlc dungeons. Been saying this for a long time. Since it's now part of the story...should be solo option.
