Maintenance for the week of January 6:
· [COMPLETE] NA megaservers for maintenance – January 8, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 8:00AM EST (13:00 UTC)
· [COMPLETE] EU megaservers for maintenance – January 8, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 13:00 UTC (8:00AM EST)

Why is there no compensation?

    FYI:

ESO+ subscription =/= paying for playtime

ESO+ subscription = perks while playing

No one is paying a subscription to play. The argument for compensation for lost ESO+ time flatly doesn't make sense.

Shhh... Coming in here talking sense and stuff

Seriously though, I find myself repeating the same thing.

Are you new? They never compensate for downtime and the ToS specifically says they will never compensate.

Are you new? Yes they do.

I don't fret over it personally and just deal with it but saying ESO+ is only 50 cents a day kinda bugs me. Yeah its 50 cents a day but those days add up. Say it happens 4 times in a month or two well thats $2. Even then it's really nothing to rage about but you think ZoS would let you off the hook for $2?

We get great events and gifts - geez - what else do you want? The ESO+ sub is a deal.

What about access to DLC anf other stuff?

    Exapmle #1:
Today is my last day of ESO+, I need to manage my bank space and do some DLC quests or get Domihaus helm motif.
But today I can't play all day, because of server's troubles.
And tomorrow I will not able to deposit some items from nightblade to bank, for another char, I need to do many steps, go to differnt chars many times to clean bank space. It's more easy with ESO+. And I didn't finished quests / didn't got Domihaus, etc.

I payed for ESO+ and have plans, but I can't realize it. So what I payed for? To pay againg and build my plans again?

    Example #2:
I buyed plane ticket for business class. Company says to me: you can't fly today, because of problems with plane, but you can fly tomorrow in econom class, and we will not compensate anything, thank you.
