Stop complaining about everything ( NEW AOE COOLDOWN CHANGES)

Why do u guys have to be negative about everything?

I have been playing mostly cp cyrodiil (have 2k hours played). I have taken many breaks from the game (the last one was over 1 year) ,only cause the performance in cyrodiil is the worst thing i have experienced in any game i've played.Okay maybe battlefiled 4 was simillar when it launched. If u see my posts in my profile u will get what im troubled with this game.

But if any of u guys have played cyrodiil for long enough u should have the intelligence to know and to sense that, whenever a zerg or a ball group call it however u want, is in the server everything is going downwards.
I will never forget a fight in VIVEC EU, around 2.5 hours siege in roebeck. AD defending against DC AND EP at the same time. Of course it was laggy ,but it was the exact kind of lag like at a time of just high pop on all factions and a medium size zerg roaming around. Which means a medium sized zerg lagged the whole high poped server...

Zergs need to be handled somehow. So let them try stuff ,cause something needs to be done about performance. Because i think that spamming the whole forum with "dont do this " and "dont u dare try that cause i will cancel my eso+" doesnt help. Specifically posts that people keep whining about changes without any specific context or reason.

I cant believe im actually siding with ZOS this time :D

have a great day

1edit: learn to read , im not talking about server stability and performance in general. Im talking about new aoe changes. Jesus u guys are monkeys

Thank you. I feel bad for ZOS at this point, no matter what they do they receive massive push back. It doesn’t seem like they do anything right, but class balance has gotten better, and they’re communicating better, and have expressed their views and goals

    I agree, let them test.

On the other hand, we've had several recentish updates that swung balance in one direction, have player feedback warning the Devs about problems beforehand, the updates go Live with the predicted problems, and then ZOS reverses courses due to those problems the next update.

Players are right to worry that testing won't take player feedback into account...and that the players will be proven correct in the end.

exactly. Why not let them test stuff? why people just say no to everything? The only thing that scares me is that it will take a month to test all of those. Its a long time

Well, to be fair, a lot of people find the need to complain about literally every little thing.

I'm not saying this is or isn't one of those situations, but seriously, people will complain about literally the most minor of inconveniences, and often will yell even when given something, simply because they now want more.

I have an idea for a mount.

Just border lines with empty space. Would reduce loading times (I think).

I'd pay a few crowns for it just to make people think there was something odd going on.

I mean, I do get their fears. ZOS was pretty much like "If we see improvement, we're doing it whether you like it or not."

We hope that ZOS is doing due diligence with their testing, but when players have seen several updates where they didn't...yeah, I understand the worry. Some of those tests are dramatic changes and we don't know if they'll be folded into battlespirit or extended to the whole game once ZOS figures out what works.

    [removed quote]

Then tell us what to try , cause i sense you're smart, and you would find a simple solution. Maybe even create an MMO yourself with pvp larger than cyrodiil.
let them try and stop whining

Because people complained with logical reasons and the right attitude, got ignored, and proceeded to be negative and some even more logical. Is that surprising?

Yes i do get what you are saying and i agree. At least they seem to actually try this year to fix some things. After a break or more than a year i can see many improvements in the game. Some are small ,some are very noticable. But i agree that they have to try some stuff. If people have major problems in pvp with it , im sure they will handle it somehow. This will give new players a hard time and small scale also. But i dont think they will leave new players in the dark... for once im hopefull for zos's changes

It's not complaining as much as it is the logic behind some nerfs and decisions. If AoE checks are the problem and they want to take action, one would think they would look at limiting AoE proc sets first, and esp. a set like Hiti that possibly has the most checks in the game vs. any other set or skill by a large margin.

they are still gonna do the thing where they will remove some proc chances from sets right? cause i think that will help a lot

    Chernobyl was an test.
We have leaned not only from ZoS but everyone from government to companies that the best way to to stop bad things is to respond early and hard. How longer the bad idea is in motion who more momentum it get and who harder it is to intercept.
And unless ZoS come out with an very public 180 degree course correction this mother of all nerfs will also hit PvE.
It will hit all from new players in delves to trial groups very hard.
I say its two better options 1) no serious changes, 2) make Cyrodil an PvE zone, obvious worse as I had lots of fun there but you can not have it ruin the game, only no cp might be an option?
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
