Settings Resetting

My nameplate settings keep getting reset every time the game loads. Not only when I exit and enter the game, but every time the game loads, such as a new zone or traveling by wayshrine, my nameplate settings reset. I've run the game in admin mode, deleted the UserSettings.txt, checked the properties and the Read-Only is unchecked. I have no idea why this happens, but it's very annoying to have to chance these setting constantly.
