If you like sneaky PvE game play with a NB, Cyro is fun as hell when you're new to PvP tho. When the result of getting caught often means you're dead, stealth game play goes to another level. It's what made me fall in love with ESO PvP. Being bad and trying to avoid combat while being close to enemy players.

Epic fail of an event thus far.
That said, even if I could get in, would it be playable? I managed 1 session with mild lag before the event, but for weeks before this pvp was utterly pointless. Skills not firing, bars not swapping, frozen character and load screen and you return dead, etc.
Rant ends.

I started with over 1 million AP and nothing I really wanted to buy.
Now I have over 3 million -- and still nothing I really want to buy with it.
Next time maybe I'll just buy just enough tickets with gold to get the event shop items I want and focus on daily writs and another game instead. This is sort of how I feel. The double AP nudges me to farm it, but if I stop to think about it, it's like "what for?".Anotherone773 wrote: »about 10k AP or so, lost interest after day 1. Yeah, STILL cant get in. How is this a fair way to award AP to the community? I literally cannot play Cyrodiil during this event. And I don't play BG anymore since Zos caved into cry babies about folk playing with their friends.
Pretty galling to see folk earning millions when I cant even get into Cyrodiil.

You know you don't have to be in your home campaign to earn AP, right? Plenty of people have just moved campaigns during the event. I'm doing most of my AP earning in BGs (1 losing match is worth a fairly easy keep capture and it's guaranteed) but when I want to go to Cyrodiil, I've been queuing into one of the 7 day campaigns most often. You can also queue for the one you want and then go into one of the less populated to start earning AP while you wait. There's plenty of opportunity for AP gain.

Try to play solo BG. Or you are afraid to play if not in a Premade with a bunch a guys taking your back?
@Veinblood1965 Honestly if you dont really know what you are doing play a healer! At least this way you can be useful in a fight, or if you get ganked you can laugh, and walk away healing!

@Vanagrand No its about what is enjoyable, I enjoy playing with friends and guildies, because coordination is fun, that's one of the reasons I play an mmo, community, friendship, fun, cooperation. Try it.
Imagine if Cod or Destiny or any other aaa fps/3ps, suddenly removed the ability to play with friends. Its a ridiculous situation. Removing grouping entirely was not and is not the answer.
