How Much AP Have You Earned So Far? (MYM 2020)

Without really trying very hard or spending that much time on it, I probably earned close to 2 million so far.
I started with over 1 million AP and nothing I really wanted to buy.
Now I have over 3 million -- and still nothing I really want to buy with it.

Next time maybe I'll just buy just enough tickets with gold to get the event shop items I want and focus on daily writs and another game instead.
about 10k AP or so, lost interest after day 1. PVP in this game gets progressively worse every year.
This is sort of how I feel. The double AP nudges me to farm it, but if I stop to think about it, it's like "what for?".

    0.4 M AP

But I am not here for AP (I have max AW rank). I did Cyro / IC daily quests, but I am not finshing them right away. I keep them in case of emergency to get Event Tickets. Other than that I do bare minimum to get daily 4 event tickets.

I still have 7 M AP from the last MYM... And nothing to spend them on. Gold Vendor is... well... It had nothing worth attention for almost 2 years lol. No good reward = no player engagement.

Around 1.8m AP, but I've worked evening shifts since Friday as well. Had 950k on Thursday evening at least. It's just not the double AP, it's also the amount of players that are a lot easier to kill than the regulars that makes you more AP.

None, simply because I'm away from home and my xbox gets disconnected from the EU server every 10-15 minutes where I'm staying. I can't even blame WiFi as its hard wired and other games are fine.

I haven't tried to dee if the same issue is on PC EU yet.

None, because I cannot get either of my pvp characters INTO Cyrodiil due to queue times that never seem to end.

Epic fail of an event thus far.

That said, even if I could get in, would it be playable? I managed 1 session with mild lag before the event, but for weeks before this pvp was utterly pointless. Skills not firing, bars not swapping, frozen character and load screen and you return dead, etc.

    Rant ends.

I play on PC EU, no way I'm doing PVP here.

Plus, going by every other game I have ever PVPed in anyway, the whole "Oh, it's fine, you will be left alone." thing is, invariably, utter BS.

Why on earth would you be left alone in a PvP zone? Put your assumptions aside, [snip], and either ignore your deaths or (like any other content in the game) improve yourself. No one else has any responsibility for your enjoyment apart from you.

Don’t know, definitely not millions. Been in IMP city killing people and getting stones here & there. Enough to have more than 50k from kills, not a lot but it’s not bad when you consider I’m by myself on a stam sorc.

Imp city is actually where it’s at, Cyrodiil is meh. I wish the city was always populated like this, you find the best pvp.

I think I got around 100k, but only cause the only thing I do is run around in imperial city, I don't even get telvars much for it it is mostly run fight die, so can't really gather them up... I run it for fun not profit :D

Very little AP really. Greymoor and all the new activities have taken up most of my game time. Right now I just pop in Cryodiil, do the town quest, get ticket and leave. I PvP usually 2 or 3 nights a week with my guild. But with a long que and laggier play, it's not worth the frustration of trying to win a campaign.

@starlizard70ub17_ESO I understand lol. We usually only play comp group on Sat, Sun. However with this event we have been PvPing every day as soon as we are off work. Gotta make that AP so I can sell it for gold!

I got a whopping 3000 AP! I'm not a PVPer ....Yet. I like most did not want to partake in the PVP event until this year and actually had fun. The thing that was difficult was figuring out how Imperial City worked as far as getting in and getting out. I had to look it up, it should be more obvious on how to exit and go back PVE land. Other than that it was fun, I got ganked a bunch but it was fun sneaking around and getting my dailies in. BTW the Cyrodill dailies sucked omg that zone is huge. I spent 20 minutes traveling to do a scouting mission hoping to not get ganked otw there. It was interesting, there could be more mat nodes on the zone though imo. I banked my Stones all the time so didn't lose too many haha!

Next year I will research more on armor and tactics, I just crafted some impenetrable armor for the event but didn't study it too well. But I went tanky so they had to really kick the crap outta me to kill me haha.

@Veinblood1965 Honestly if you dont really know what you are doing play a healer! At least this way you can be useful in a fight, or if you get ganked you can laugh, and walk away healing!

Couple mill between two of my newer characters. Bombing has been bringing some nice AP but I get greedy sometimes and need to learn to be more patient otherwise I'd probably have a lot more. GL everyone #forthePACT

There are more people engaging in PvP, not just questers. They go in, lfg, and attempt to actually participate in PvP activities. But PvP does has a steep learning curve so those players generally are easier to kill. It doesn't mean that person is deliberately farming questers.

As for me, I've so far gone from rank 28 to 31. Hoping to hit 35 before the end of the event. Haven't seen any of those giant ticks though! Do most of my AP gains in BGs.

I'm close to 4M AP on all my characters. I make minimum 100k an hour and I'm dead sure that I've earned up to 250k/hour on one session. I'd say the average is about 150k/h.

My friend is at 9M already but then again, he has been bombing 30 people at a time XD

I think I know who that friend is as I've seen many bombs on flags in the 7-day campaings. How many times a few of us tell others...PLEASE DON'T GROUP ON FLAGS.

    BOOM.

    Managed to forget myself...BOOM.

I love this event, even if it is bugged on a few things.

Gotta love the bombers lol. I've seen so many allies get blasted by them I've been tempted to try bombing myself. I almost got hit by one yesterday, but I managed to get away by using the door just a fraction of a second quick enough before I heard the BOOM!

About 2.5 Million. I just cant help but join the 30 day locked campaign. I dont believe it's the fastest if straight AP is your goal. I am only really able to play on weeknights around prime time unfortunately. Might give one of the smaller campaigns a go tonight.

I might add that I don't bother chasing questers unless they're in Bruma/Crops/Vlast and I want to cap it for tactical reasons. It's the players who are trying out PvP that I'm referring to, as I mainly stick to combat around keeps & outposts. I was one when I started there as well (was a solo PvE player who is still at best average in group PvE), you die a lot and improve if you want to learn. The difference in combat between PvE and PvP is big which is what kills most new players.

If you like sneaky PvE game play with a NB, Cyro is fun as hell when you're new to PvP tho. When the result of getting caught often means you're dead, stealth game play goes to another level. It's what made me fall in love with ESO PvP. Being bad and trying to avoid combat while being close to enemy players.
