What u think about rewards' for so long maintenance?

    i kinda have no choice to agree or find another hobby. I really love this, why are you white knighting for this bad company behaviour?

    Yes they don't have to give us ***. But if you contiously mess up every patch, every event, and can't even properly reboot a server maybe you're costumers which paid for the product are allowed to complain about it? Maybe get a bit of compensation? as a good buisiness practice perhaps?

    If someone comes into my store and asks me to fix their glasses, i tell them: i'm not responsebly for anything that happens to it since it doesn't come from this shop for example. and i accidently ruin it, i'll still as a decent buisinessman try to do my best to fix the issues and make sure the costumer is satified.

    or when i give out free stuff to non paying costumers i do this to build up good costumer relations, i don't owe them anything.

    You are agreeing to it, good or bad, just like the rest of us.. We all love it, or we would not be here.. Why am I defending them? Because they have provided me with endless hours of entertainment since ´94 perhaps? And yes of course you are allowed to complain, I could not care less.. It is the constant demands that bothers me.. People begging for free stuff for some imagined slight done to them.. You knew that this could happen, so suck it up, do something else while you wait.. We are in a situation where quite a lot of people work from home, so of course it will have an effect on the games performance.. Just be happy if you don't have anything worse than this to be upset about.. What you do or do not do in your own shop/bussiness is up to you, and the same goes for them.. I know tons of stores that won't give you stuff just to because you cry for it.. Should we start assaulting them too?

    I think you already understand my position perfectly. But I will still answer with an example. If you had a car wrecked would you be happy with a simple sorry? Or did you want something more?

    Some games do this. ESO never does. People will defend it just a thing to deal with for games. Like giving out free pixels for inability to play is such a strain on Zos resources.

    I think many people will eventually just leave the game in this case. (I'm not calling. Not think. On the contrary I want it to be better) :/

    Continously claiming they're fixing it while clearing either not trying to failing. I don't take their word serious anymore.

    Lieing to someone is a form of disrespect, misinforming or not informing your costumers in my opinion is also a form of disrespect.

    But, you don't KNOW for sure that they are lying.. So you are just assuming that they have disrespected you

    How come a reboot on NA takes 3 hours but 8 on EU and afterwards both servers fail again anyways?
    How come EU can be down for reboot, but can't get server maintenance at seperate hours?

    I've asked these questions before but i dind't get an awnser, which in my opinion they're ignoring the issues which is also a form of disrespect.

    Are the US servers up again? Last I saw, they were dead too.. I agree that more information, and more frequently, would be great though.. Then on the other hand, maybe they don't have anything to add at this moment

    I thought the NA servers were up after reboot while EU was still down and crashed again around 18:30 UTC or something like that. sorry if i'm incorrect, i don't play on NA. and if you wanna claim that EU doesn't have more issues then NA then theres a 100+ thread showing evidence to the contrary

    they probadly don't have anything to add anymore because lets be honest they themselves don't know what the issues are, whats causing them or how to fix them, otherwise wouldn't they've been fixed long ago as they promised countless times?

    PS I think we value the game differently

    IF they have totalled my car, then yes of course I would take action.. But if repairing my car had been delayed for some unforeseen reason, I would assume that the company are doing all that they can to speed up the proccess of getting it done.. And like that, I assume that they are currently doing all they can to get the servers back up..

    You can keep in touch with the community at any time. By the way, the NA servers UP 3 PM. Dwemer automaton bot didn't say anything about it. This is not news. This situation is 90% of the time, I think.

    For the first 3 days of Greymoore's launch you simply couldn't play the game. Loading screens were 5 minutes long and lag made combat impossible, not to mention quest triggers not working. That was 3 DAYS with an unplayable game, and we got nothing. And ZOS fanboys saying we deserve nothing.

    You'll get nothing.

    The day after launch, I saw a normal game in the regular zones.. Not sure where you were, but I assume Greymoor which had a little more lag than usual :smile:

    I've heard about it many times. But I returned to the game a little later. Hello again. Bugs, lags, server reboots... It is not very pleasant to return to the game and even more so to realize that nothing changes for so long :#

    I will not defend the Community Managers here, however KageW seems to be "just" a moderator for the Forums. These guys are usually not allowed to answer questions like this one. That's for the CMs to handle. Unfortunately there is complete radio silence, I wonder if ZOs doesn't allow them to speak or if they are just not really doing it.

    I will not defend the Community Managers here, as they are doing a terrible job (and I think I can judge, as I'm a CM myself), however KageW seems to be "just" a moderator for the Forums. These guys are usually not allowed to answer questions like this one. That's for the CMs to handle.     I don't know. But this is extremely unpleasant. Literally ignoring the community. :o

    You want a reward for them maintaining their servers?

    Think of it like this then. The reward is playable servers!

    If you want they can stop server maintenance all together. But I expect then you'll make a thread about how poor the servers are.

    So let's not make things worse shall we.

    Either that or you're fine with it. Said 3 hours and passed 12. We'll wait for something else and it won't even hurt. And Yes. If you don't know it's not the first time. ;)

    Let me tell you something else, then. I want them to do what they're supposed to do and treat the community with understanding. However you will only need to read thread ;)

    I didn't know it was a law you can't step into your backyard or front yard. Or go out to get groceries. Which country do you live in ? :smile:
