Unable to Log in to Game (Ticket:200526-012324)

Was able to get into the game earlier for that brief time it was up for PC-EU, went to sleep because I was tired of waiting for it to get sorted out now when I get to the login screen, I am greeted with an internal error and can't even get back on the game. My last support ticked took 24 Days to get a single response I really hope this wont be the case this time either, as I went out my way to pre-order and this whole thing has just been a joke so far.

I was under the impression I was the only one with this issue - couldn't connect to PTS last week, now can't connect to Live server either since Greymoor went live.
