With healing being reduced by 60% now, I'm trying to figure out how I'll adjust seeing as I was always running a very squishy build and relying on healing through damage. I do play both PVE and PVP but I'm more concerned on the PVP side. Some players are tanky enough to endure a lot of damage but my build has never been.…
