Blood Frenzy gets more dangerous every day, I thought about running it on my magsorc and self-healing with crit surge and the heal twilight but its definitely not worth it anymore. I honestly think Thrassian has less downsides than Blood Frenzy and you get way more spell dmg and you dont even have to slot a skill.

Well at least our immersion wont be ruined by all the vamps running around in Greymoor...

Isn't it weird that the vampire themed expansion is just driving everyone to cure vampire?

Sated Fury - The 20% cost is too much. I was going to put this on my bar, but not now as its far too risky now.

If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

Not for Breton mag sorcs and Templars.
They can completely cancel out the ability cost weakness for magic with the 7% reduced magicka ability cost and the 2/5 reduction passive for templar for all ability costs. And the 3/6% Magicka and Stamina cost reduction passive for Sorcs.
So they can run stage four without any increase to any magicka abilties though they might not benefit from the class passives as much. But their magicka and stamina abilties wouldn't cost as much without those passives. So Breton Vampires will be on top with the new changes I feel.

Except cost is no longer the issue, its a matter of the skills themselves having their viability in question. (Especially due to the change in cost reduction, now my Blood Scion is as much as my Glacial Colossus, and the change blood frenzy as a whole)

I don't know.... My Vampire Magicka Dragonknight is terryfing on the field of battle after this current patch. Lowering the non-vampire cost increases has allowed me to stay in a fight for far longer than the last PTS patch. I think the current issue is that stage 1 still has an increase ability cost and Frenzy is a death sentence now unless you manage to time it just right before using an ultimate like meteor. The blood frenzy changes have killed the ability as something you can just leave on and power heal through. I still wish they changed it entirely for something like a bat swarm AOE that follows your target, and changed around Eviscerate to act like Clouding Swarm's materialize skill. Spammable and gap closer.

Try using blood frenzy against any decent player and you will change your mind. One Cc while it is up and you are done.

    Undead, on a technicality. >.>

But I feel that was original ZOS intention, to target vampires more for niche PvP playstyles rather than making them PvE meta. It might be a lost opportunity, but selfishly, I would say I wouldn't like such meta, so...
