Second social ban in a week

as im starting to suspect Support might only look at each forum thread once?

But yeah, first ban was lifted Last Thursday, no problems over the weekend, sent less than my usual mails, with a double delay between each one just in case. Suddenly on Tuesday Morning, Banned again.
I have added onto my original ticket (200426-006721) as it seemed pointless to make a brand new one. But could someone please look at this?! Its starting to become impossible to effectively run a Guild at this point if we are going to be continually penalised for doing normal admin tasks.
And looking at this forum it would seem its not limited to GMs either, so i dont know, perhaps the automated system needs looking at, because in a game so focused on being social, handing out social bans willy nilly seems a bit backwards to me "/

How do you do it? I’ve been running around bashing the green ball healers for weeks and asking to get the social ban achievement and I get nothing.

GM sends out some bill collector mails and you get the ban hammer pronto.

Perhaps your ban was warranted.

As stated in my previous thread, no I did not start a second ticket as it is the same issue as in my first ticket

I'm officially begging now:

PLEEEEEEEASE remove this ban. Almost a full week later now. I have guild admin and mails I need to do, Bidding yesterday was a nightmare. This has got to stop!

So after opening a second ticket, it was closed as a duplicate, with still no update to my issue! Come on now this is just insane!!! I am actually livid. It will be TWO WEEKS that I've been sat on this undeserved ban. I am sick of being penalised for taking care of my guilds and community. Nobody who gets an unwarranted ban, GM or not, should have to sit for two whole weeks with no updates. This is just not good enough!!!

BillE passed it onto the ToS team for me, apparently its because i sent 50 messages in 20 mins. which still makes no sense seeing as ive been doing tonnes for the past year. seems theyve lifted mine now, but god knows for how long, and i cant send mails to my guilds anymore, im not risking it. many of the gms i know are no longer risking it.

We NEED better gm tools, like, yesterday

Hey, Community Manager! Are you not concerned with the recent rash of unwarranted social bans? Why does ZOS allow guilds but punish guild leaders for doing guild things?

I agree... either better GM tools or a smarter banning system. I don't even have a mail add-on, and I was still banned. I just play with my family, and I don't mail anyone else. I just canceled our subs. I can no longer support a company that is not interested in supporting me.

Its just insane. I totally understand having a system in place to stop mail spam, but then they need to give us a better way to keep in touch with Guild members.
We only have so much room in the MOTD, and its not useful for things like, Fee requirements, or Event notifications, so many things.
I know so many GMs on EU that are sick of being penalised for doing their job.

@Midlar that is even worse. Seems to be quite a few getting bans for zero reason at all! at least those of us being flagged by mails makes some sort of sense "/ I dont blame you for cancelling your subs at all!
