Second Legion dye slots

I love second legion. It's such a nice roman-looking set, BUT. Seriously. Why does the Second Legion helmet only have ONE dye slot, when there is a large golden section on it that cannot be changed? Why do the gloves only have two slots, when there's gold on it that can't be changed? Why does the shoulder have one slot when there's gold details that can't be changed? Why does the belt have only one, when-... you get the idea. This is getting ridiculous.



I'm going to link to a thread talking about the bigger issue, but come on, please. Why introduce a nice-looking set, only to make it impossible for me to dye it the way I want? There is no reason for this. Just stop.

I also like this set alot. I tried to change the dyes, but it is so well done that most other color combinations are just gaudy for what this is. And yes, I understand your point, there are many sets with dye issues, some can't even be dyed. But IMHO this is fine. Whenever there is a metal trim slot, people tend to change it to the most shiny dye available, so in a way I am glad this one won't be transformed into a circus costume.

I am more concerned that we still aren't getting a hide shoulder option or some very discrete shoulder piece that would hide under clothes.

Honor guard light epaulets hide/blend almost with everything.

One less set to be interested in. There's no excuse for a set like this missing half the dye channels.

Quite annoying they're locking/not doing the 3 dye slots for this style it annoys me with Order style and it'll annoy me with this.

Really should've made the the shoulder flaps the actual pauldron instead of what they threw on it (because it just doesn't work like the legs) it's not like they couldn't do it as I recall certain light armours having shoulders that would work with it.

If by hide/blend you mean clip and mostly looking ugly, then yes. (I have those and use them often)

Seriously, though - yes, it may be used for gaudy over-the-top costumes that lack any sense of style.
It may also be used for really great ideas that rely on these parts being a specific colour.
And then there are the individual differences in taste and where "circus costumes" begin.

From mounts to costumes to pets to outfit styles - the ship to keep the game visually coherent, has long sailed. Artificial restrictions now won't change that, and just serve to annoy people.

This set is very interesting. I'm just pointing the pants that look like pajamas.
Just that I do not like to age one year IRL to finally have the armor.

Will the weapon pack reappear? This is another question I ask myself.

For the color slots, I am quite indifferent on the subject.

yeah i also like the top part but the bottom part, pans, shoes, belt area looks a bit eeeeh
