It can definitely go higher than this with different set choices. 234k is nice though...
Also, the penetration from the perfect version isn't there. All of my pts crates for perfected master sets contain non-perfect weapons.

Anyone who has ever used master brawler in PvP knows that you will never run into a situation where you can hit 24 people with a single cleave.
Realistically you won't hit more than 8-10 people ever even in really zergy situations.
In PvE there's so few encounters with this many adds stacked that it's probably not viable in most situations.
