How about not making such silly statements as “my ssd has burned because of a crash” then?
Try describing the problem (in the correct forum) and people might be able to help

Thanks for the bump. Anyway, my ps4 crashed multiple times because of this issue, that's why it finally failed. Again, no issues present anywhere else, multiple people reporting the same thing. Tell me again it's because of all of us suddenly having a failing hdd at the same time.
This is the general forum, where more people will see it, it's mentioned in the post why I posted it here, another reading failure on your part. Ignore it if you have issues with people trying to get help.

What issue??? You’ve failed to explain it aside from “I’ve reinstalled ESO and my hard drive blew up”
There’s quite a clear difference between hardware and software!
From what you’ve explained Your hardware has failed mate. Might be the ssd, might be something else like your PS4 - dunno - but It’s not ESO.
If you don’t think it is then fine, but please explain Coherrantly the issue!

Have you all tried the fix that resolved this for @ApostateHobo ?
ApostateHobo wrote: »So I had this exact problem it's now fixed (went into safe mode and updated system software from there after trying every other solution) what happens is the home UI starts to lag and freeze if you even just hover over the game icon you click to start it. This eventually causes the screen to go black then error CE-36329-3 pops up and says a problem occurred with the system software. Googling it tells me it can be caused by a variety things like the system or game being out of date, system hardware failures, corrupted data, or it can even be tied to your account. I honestly thought my console was just on it's last legs because I'd had it for years and play it SO much (also had a few issues playing other games recently so I was at least half right lol), so I actually bought a new console before everything here closed due to the virus. Even on a new console I STILL had the error happen, which means this is some bizarre issue with eso. No idea why the update from safe mode worked, but it's worth a try if no other solution helps.
