AD PVP Guild Kicked me for playing with my bro.

So my bro wanted to go play his char in EP after playing maybe multiple years in AD. So I said " Sure why the hell not, I can use this to learn more on my favorite class STAM DK ORC"I just changed to recently from my AD STAM REDGUARD TEMPLAR. ( worse combination trust me)

So I am just standing around in between BRK and SEJ. Trying to get my keyboard to work ( Had to move it on to a different port side the SSD USB was somehow interfering with the input no clue why lol) I saw some EP running back. Now obviously Sej turned yellow so in PVP fashion a group will ride the wave of perceived success.

So then after they jump me dead I warp back to brk and read "You have been removed from Guild"...

So years in the guild, I even ran with them in the past. The first 5 minutes of being in EP and they kick me.

I don't know how to feel...Yeah I got kicked, but for me to be kicked so fast means they knew EXACTLY who I was. They also KNEW I was in the guild....

Then they left brk to i guess attack DC and their flags.

When I told EP in zone chat what happened and what guild kicked me they told me "Never heard of 'em. Probably wasn't much of a guild anyways."

That is when I knew I found my true home. C YA AD. All you got is Alessia Bridge...

And those of you who hop on the SPIES TRAIN....

Once you light a place....you will probably get the first location..Then a huge group on mounts will almost always intercept....
There is no spy....There are people scattered around CYRO on any faction. Just because you are running full force to on mounts to a location does not mean you are invisible...

Some advice.. get on your knees crouch and stealth walk to the location...Let's face it YOU DONT HAVE THAT MUCH DETERMINATION TO KEEP YOUR PLANS SECRET..SO STOP ACTING LIKE YOU DO....

AD will be last again.

However, if there is anything I hate more than anything, it is when fengrush logs in and a bunch of DC feng riders come in and zerg. Luckily fengrush almost always attacks AD.

A lot of guilds have strict rules that disallow zerg surfing and faction hopping. I know ours does, however if it isn't in the guild rules, thats a bit silly of them. We made it very clear to our guild that you cannot faction hop on the server we are active in, that's something the guild should do from the get go tho.

Well when everyone sheeps to certain factions to avoid actual difficult fights, what do you expect.

Well depends of the guild rules, if it is one where they don't allow you be a member of another faction, then you broke a rule. But any decent thing is to at least talk to you about it before kicking you yes.

If it wasn't a rule and someone was just on a power trip. Let them do them, better off without....

So you are saying there are no difficult fights when fighting dominion players?

Thats some nice pretzel logic. No. It happens with all factions. And when certain big streamers are on, people tend to sheep to those factions. I see it with dc and ep flocking to AD on PC EU when we are dominating, I see DC and AD do it when EP is dominating or certain big streamers are online, and AD and EP do it when certain streamers are online and dc are dominating. Now it will just be more frequent and noticeable because faction lock is gone.

same with me, but trading guild. I forgot to pay 5k and they kicked me. More than year being in that guild and such attitude just for some days of expired donat.

Rules is rules though. PvP and trade guilds are very rude. Try social guilds with PvP orient. Social guilds have way more polite specs.

Not a big loss, if they treat you like that. You are propably better of without them, just join DC or EP permanently and punish the hell out of them, I did that to an AD guild who kicked me after blackmailing me. One day I logged on a blue char and wiped the whole zerg, and jumped around on their leader, very satisfying feeling.

It’s not uncommon for pvp guilds to have a strict policy against Members pvping on other factions. They will kick you for seeing you on the opposing side on the battlefield or even seeing you in Cyrodiil on a different faction from the guild roster. It’s their right to have this policy and to enforce it.

You probably would have been fine if you were questing on your EP, or doing dungeons with your brother. But you choose to be in Cyrodiil, making yourself an enemy to the Dominion loyalists in your guild.

You’ll have to find a guild that supports faction
hoppers instead. There are plenty of them around.

Says the guy who took money from Bobby Blaster to focus AD. You let a lot of people down, not all of your twitch audience and contributors were DC, a lot of us were AD. AD is weak? You're weak. DC was in last place every month on Kaal. The only time DC did well was when you logged on and all your fanboys followed.

My pvp guild makes it crystal clear that if on the home campaign, then play AD.

If I want to play/quest/level up skills on characters from other alliances, then I log into a different campaign. And just let the lovely GM know. Never been an issue.

The Dominion. It's a proper noun. Show some respect.

Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.

Sorry you experienced that, but not all trade guilds are that way. All of the ones I've been in have had some of the nicest people I've met in game. And if you're in one that gives no leeway for missed dues, find another. I've been in some very high volume trade guilds and they give a week leeway+multiple warning messages. My current guild requires 25k dues, and when I forgot to pay they sent me multiple reminders. For every terrible guild, there are multiple great ones.

Same. If I'm playing in Cyrodiil on a different faction character, I don't play in the same campaign that my guild is homed on because that's against clearly stated guild policy.

As long as that was guild policy, I have no problems with faction loyal guilds kicking players who can't follow the rules. Actually, to be blunt, as long as any rule is clearly stated guild policy, I don't have a problem with guilds following that policy and kicking players who won't follow it. As a teacher, its always a little strange for me to watch students complain about receiving consequences for breaking clearly stated rules and expectations. Like, what did you expect to happen?

So when someone asks about you in AD chat and the same response happens what does that mean?

Not that any of us really care about what guild you are in or have been kicked from. I expect there is more to the story and they were smart to kick you since you are so flippant about it.

Lots of PvP guilds have rules about playing on a different Faction on the same campaign. If you and your brother went into another campaign this wouldnt have happened...most likely anyway.

Also nice little evolution into a Fengrush complaint thread. Glad we dont have players like that on Console.

This is going to happen more often than you think. A lot of these PvP guilds take the competition seriously, and as far as they know you were spying on them to EP. Obviously they should have spoken to you first, but yeah not surprised at all.

Same with my guild, our home campaign is AD and if you want to play EP/DC then that's fine as long as you don't play that char when there is a guild group up in Cyro

Not ridiculous at all as it is just a choice. It is ridiculous for someone to think everyone should play and look at this game the same way they do.

If you want to know what a bunch of salt bags people from your main faction are, change factions for a campaign or two. TM did that for two campaigns, changing to DC from AD to help balance the campaign (Bahlokdaan was faction locked at the time). So much salt, so many sore losers. The only ones we reported were the hateful racist epithets [Snip] thrown our direction, but there were plenty more besides those.

Sorry to hear your guild was not considerate, @LuxLunae.
