its not against TOS
How to report it, and how is it possible to track it by ZoS? That person could also have VPN with secure core possibility turned on at their another account at another computer, what complicated the monitoring system even more...

What you speak of is not against the ToS. It is perfectly acceptable for one player to have multiple accounts and be logged into all of them at the same time. As long as they are not using any hardware or software to automate the activity of any of the accounts. It can be done all on the same PC or multiple PCs.
What if this player wants to discredit you like that as a leader, so permanently gives info of your movements during longer period, and with more and more loses your group becomes more and more suspicious that you are actually bad leader, that you might be spy?
Shortly, what if someone harasses you like that? *idea*
How is that exactly related to harassment? Is everything a harassment these days lmao? If someone takes the game that seriously I have to think it's more of the person's problem than the spy's.
If you actually believe that people buy a second PC and account just to spy on your Alliance you should probably get off the internet for a while.
True. I know of no one who actually buys a PC for that purpose. However, I know there are people like myself that happen to have more than one PC capable of running this game very well. My old gaming PC is only 3 years old.
But you are correct, the situation OP describes is very limited. Most that will spy with an alt account cannot easily see the screens for both games at the same time since most only have one PC.
Yes, must be spies, because you're all as cunning as a fox that's been appointed professor of cunning at oxford university, as you march from Bleakers to Ales, flipping the farm on the way to the fd. OMG how did they know we were coming - A SPY IS HOW!
No thats exactly how pvp is right now on pc eu nocp. evevrybody faction stacking and if you go outside the 2 main fights on the map nothing is ever happening.
Beside, the person that started this thread and others complaining about spies are leading groups that easily wipe to pugs half their size all the time.
But i guess its easier to put on your tinfoil hat and blaming spies running multiple accounts on differnet pcs than accept the simple facts op is really bad at pvp .
I am experienced raid leader for my alliance and already know the ways of how one could spy in such groups, tho one scenario concerns me: a player with 2 accounts at 2 computers/consoles (so IP unrecognizable!) who enters a raid with one account in my alliance and at the same time gives info about our movements via another account in enemy alliance at another computer.

Imagine playing in a non faction locked campaign then? And this is what some people are crying about bringing back. You don't even have to wonder about their motives. Yes, you want to be able to play with your friends. But isn't is possible to agree with them beforehand, which campaign to enter? And if you disagree, is't it possible to play with them next campaign instead? Great if people didn't take advantage of the possibility to exploit this, but people GREATLY did so, so it was necessary.
As for this multi account/Discord thing, you'll have to live with that. Some people are born cheaters, and can't imagine being on equal terms with others. It's just the way things are. Sad people.
