Sounds like a massive coding headache and a feature that offers no real benefit for the effort of development.
Sounds good, but you chat with the character, not the account. Which is why your chat is not persistent across character logs. Unless you use an addon that makes local logs. Even then, you have to log in to get back into the chat.
So, good idea, tons of coding.
Simple but unbreakable poll. Do we need it? I think it would be a great idea.
Guild, friends, emotes... etc.
Completely unnecessary given how few seconds a day most people spend selecting a character and hitting "Play".
