1. Self explanatory. For example a boss, that has a LOT of health, and takes damn long to kill.
2. Same, but instead of one big many small.
3. Dialogues, books, letters. Everything related to story telling.
4. Time taking with nothing, but moving to a direction to reach your goal.
5. Easiest example is grinding jewelcrafting in ESO with dark anchors. You just go through Alik'r, and do the same, and see as your bag fills up, then deconstruct everything, and watch as your jewelcrafting increase. Inventory management also part of this. A repetitive process for a certain goal, but no RNG involved.
6. When you do the same dungeon for that one item over, and over again. You don't know which one is gona be your lucky one. It could be 2 tries, but it could be 2000.
7. Research in any crafting skills in ESO. You just have to wait to stuff get done. Loading screens also fell into this category.
