    this nerf was agreed to be bad by almost everyone, because it was. The cooldown change was the kicker especially when you saw the new set go from cooldown of 10 secs to 6 and iceheart go from 6 to 12.

    It became very apparent that Zos was sacrificing customer confidence/loyalty/etc for greed.
