• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)

    Come visit Karth's Glitter Box, Khajiit's home. Fully stocked guild hall done in sleek Khajiit stylings, with Grand Master Stations, Transmute, Scribing, Trial Dummies, etc. Also has 2 full bowling alleys, nightclub, and floating maze over Wrothgar.

    huh. perhaps then these notes should be viewed with more concern. this one was unaware of past duplicity on the part of devs. for shame.

    They've said there will be sustain changes this patch and those notes don't mention anything like that, so I'd go with fake too

    The notes for the Q3/19 patch were leaked and debunked as well... just to be proven real some days later. The difference between the leaked ones and the real ones were some slight changes, e.g. the leaked notes weren’t the final version that made it onto the PTS.

    This could be the case again this time. So they debunk them and say they are fake because they changed 5% of it for the PTS version.
