Was in the Sewers last night. For a second I thought I was playing World of Warcraft. It's gotten to the point where I have to usually flat out ignore what other players look like, squint a little so they turn into humanoid blobs, then play. It's not so much the costumes and hats that do it though. It's the skins. I honestly miss when things were bland.
Agree on the skin in front.
Don't like most of the skins, some like the Maomer skin looks good, yes I'm a bit biased because I mostly play Khajiit who has lots of fur options while most skins looks bad.
The guy on the right looks pretty realistic in his outfit, yes that sort of wings was used but only on cavalry,
The Khajiit to the right is also fine, he is an mage in an tunic.

I think all the customization is great.
If you don't like it, don't use it.
But don't complain about other people's fun if it's not truly harming or hindering you. That's cringy.
Personally, I'd love motifs that gave us t-shirts and hoodies and jeans we could we could wear and dye.

ITT: More people who are upset that other people enjoy things.

the moment t-shirts and hoodies are added to this game, Im out. I think many people would also be out.
You're flat out wrong if you think t-shirts and hoodies need to be in a medieval-centered elder scrolls game. Sorry.
That obnoxious bright blue on the khajiit looks so fake and plastic! Can’t stand it!

Agreed. Not everybody did it of course but plenty of people modded the heck out of Skyrim so it was worse than this.

I’m fine with it for the most part, it’s their choice and ZOS is enabling it; but if it’s combined with jumping around everywhere or other erratic movement, I basically don’t have any interest interacting with the person at that point; I just take it as a sign of immaturity

you know whats really a sign of immaturity? Reacting this way to people enjoying themselves in a way they want that brings harm to none. THAT, is immature. Frankly, I wouldn't want to interact with someone who is actively bothered by people who are having fun in a way that has nothing to do with them and doesn't affect them.

Sorry but If the person is doing what they’re doing to get a reaction or annoy people, then what I said stands true. I place it in the same category as spamming audible emotes or mementos.
Now maybe some of these folks think their abomination just looks cool to them or some other reason non ‘troll’ reason; this wouldn’t extend to them.
