Gonna be honest, while eso was downloading with my pretty shite WiFi, I started looking up some eso guides so I didn’t walk into the game completely lost (first real mmo for me).
I stumbled across a content creator named kevduit, watched a bit of his eso guides/videos and decided to make myself stamblade as my first character. Because, and I quote, according to his video “your alliance has nothing to do with your build it only affects your cool status. Meaning that if you’re not part of the daggerfall covenant you’re lame” or something like that. Being the noob I was, redguard was my only choice if I wanted to be apart of dc and run stamina.
And thus, my love for Nightblades, stamblades in particular, was born. Despite the many changes the class has faced this recent year, no matter how long I take a break from it, it’s still one of my favorite classes to play and the one I use most often .
Picked it because it combines my love of nature, animals, and is good for a bow using WoodElf. That said...its also the class where I have the hardest time doing hard Solo content (like soloing world bosses!).
I've been playing for three years. For me it was sorceror at first, then dragonknight became my favorite, then warden was my favorite for a while, and now it's back to sorceror again. I don't care what's meta; I just play what I enjoy.
I don't really have a 'main' character anymore. I tend to just play a class that is fun for me atm.
I guess my most played is still my mSorc... he has the most achieves, highest Alliance rank, etc... it's just hard to forget how much more awesome mSorc was before certain nerfs. Namely, overload bar
Been playing on and off since morrowind as a Magsorc mostly because I love the ES universe but none of the classes stuck with me enough to take the game seriously, sorc at the time was just the lesser of evils, however when Elsweyr got announced and showcased the concept art of the necromancer and its 3 class lines I was interested, and then became really hooked by the time PTS hit, so once It hit live I played all the time and still currently do, as necromancer in this game is very interesting to me and I dont have any issues with the class design enough to shy me away from playing it
At first it was a thematic thing - I love both the frost and the more nature inspired lines. Now it's because I've played them so much I understand them really well, so even if the class get's nerfed into nothing unless they change it completely it's easier for me to adapt (even if it's annoying as hell to have to).
I have a surprisingly good talent for magblades, but DKs are forever my jam, despite ZOS's raging fetish for nerfing them.
Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""
I went with a magsorc. I like the ease of play with pets out. My arm gives me trouble clicking constantly with my mouse so it's nice to have them help kill things and heal too.
My main has mostly been a stamina templar since 2016. (There was a brief time where she was a magplar healer but when I finished my magplar healer I switched her back). She is my crafter and my first Flawless in vMA.
I'm also loving my templar tank. My secondary stamDPS is a stamcro; fun with 2h. For magDPS I prefer magden or magDK. For healer, I prefer magden (I don't find templar healing fun).

We are dragon knights. We are dragons.

Imperial MagNecro. Absolutely love her. If I get tired of playing magic she does just as well as stamina. Really like Warden too. But necromancer appeals to my evil side 🤓
