    Elsweyr
I voted Elsweyr because even before playing Elsweyr and Dragonhold last year, my favorite zone in ESO was always Reaper's March. It is a thing of beauty to travel east from Fort Grimwatch and see the thick vegetation of Valenwood give way to the arid steppes and savannas of Elsweyr under a bright sunrise. Moving deeper into the region, I loved exploring the desert steppe areas of Anequina and eventually making my way to the great city of Rimmen, reaped in both Imperial and Khajiit culture. Anequina has a dramatic beauty that can be breathtaking at times and almost tranquil at others. The northern deserts give way to some of the thickest jungle that I have ever experienced in Tamriel, hiding many secrets, and continuing south until the land reaches the sea kissed shores of Pellitine.

Elsweyr is the homeland to the Khajiit but there are also elements of Bosmer and Imperial culture in various areas. It makes for a very nice touch.

Morrowind would be my second favorite province. Every fantasy genre has a generic medieval fantasy world like High Rock, a frosty cold "Viking-like" region such as Skyrim, a sea-kissed fairy tale land like Summerset, and a forest full of wild elves like Valenwood. I can imagine that the loremasters for TES games really enjoyed conceptualizing the alien and unique place that is Morrowind. Dark Elves are also *explicit* awesome.

Cyrodiil, most memories from Oblivion, which was my 1st ES game. After that I played Morrowind, which was OK, Skyrim is beautiful af, but Cyrodiil has special place in my heart. And you have bit of everything in that zone, marshes, plains, mountains... central province has its charm.

Although, here in ESO, Cyrodiil is a bit underwhelming

I always love to play some co-op, multiplayer:
Battle.net: Kazisvet#21483 (WoW, HotS, Diablo, Overwatch)
    Steam: fizola88 (many, many, many...)
Origin: Lord_Kazisvet (anything with origin access)

I really want to dislike Cyrodiil in ESO but I honestly like the idea of it. If it were a normal zone such as Stormhaven then you would play through it once or twice and the luster would die off. With the Three Banners War, there's always something to do there. Even beyond the PvP stuff, the zone is also packed with delves, hidden towns (with dallies), abbeys, and other neat easter eggs.

Still hoping that we'll eventually get Colovia, the rest of Nibenay, and Blackwood as playable zones.

Art -- Summerset, and it's not particularly close except for Hew's Bane. The cities are amazing, the landscapes are among the best, and the furnishings are seriously behind only the Redguard style. The NPC armor is above average as well.

Main regional story and characters -- the only contenders for me are Rivenspire, Hew's Bane, and Stros M'Kai. Wrothgar and Glenumbra are good too, but they have too much tedious filler.

Side quests and characters -- The DC zones are generally strong, with Rivenspire and Glenumbra outshining the rest.

Note: I haven't done much questing in Craglorn or Imperial City, and some people speak well of each of those.

I chose skyrim, cause this snowleopard looks forward to exploring and setting paw in crispy snow again, and possibly more scenes with aurora borealis.

But I pretty much love alot of zones, eastmarsh and bleakrock for the snowy landscapes and northern lights (and drunken nords!). Vvardenfell for taking me back to where I started with Morrowind, the Elsweyrs for their lush khajiiti homefeel wich could have so easy been another alikir-like area, but was an awesome experience, love Summerset for the heartbreakingly beautiful sceneries, love Murkmire (and Grahtwood) for that jungle feel.

    Surprise?

Its one of the least known but what is, is just fascinating. The environment change between lush tropical rain forest and jungle to arid desert and craggy mountains, the fact that the people are a Species of bipedal sentient Felids, and the politics are intriguing. Not many care to admit, or even know that the Khajiit were perhaps the first advanced civilization on Mainland Tamriel. Its a helluva shame how theyre viewed as now.

    Morrowind
    Morrowind.
It's an actually unique society and culture, with an awesome amount of alien-ness. Immortal grey-skinned elven wizards dining on insects in mushroom towers; the impossibly skewed angles of Daedric ruins; nomadic not-Fremen herding huge floating jellyfish in lava deserts; warriors in bug-armour living in a gigantic crab shell below a huge fence powered with souls.

For similar reasons, Elsweyr is also great. Skyrim is very consistently Viking-ish but not nearly as interesting. Cyrodiil is, unfortunately, too normal. Romans in a landscape that I can see when I look out of the window, are not that impressive.
High Rock is all that is wrong with pseudo-medieval knights-in-shining-armour fantasy clichés. BOOORIIING! :D
Hammerfell is good in terms of architecture and environment (I like deserts...) Unfortunately, they got handed the idiot ball in ESO's quest line.

    Valenwood
    Highrock- boring
Hammerfell - sandy, boring, too religious/superstitious
Cyrodiil - would be my favorite if I could take my time there, I loved the Gold Coast
Skyrim - good memories but not from ESO’s version
Morrowind - never played it, no nostalgia for it, giant insects and rude af Dunmer, too religious
Black Marsh - mosquitos. I lived in a swamp state enough years, I know exactly what those giant root /mangrove trees smell like.
Elsweyr - no prior interest. sandy, gimmicky.
Valenwood - everything i want in a forest without worrying about getting ticks in my creases

Mine, too! Cut my ES teeth on Oblivion and fell in love with the series. I loved Morrowind, too-- after I got past the graphics and gameplay-- as well as Skyrim, but Cyrodiil sits in the middle of Tamriel and has a few different geographical areas which harken to some of the different neighboring provinces.

Huh, I didn't even notice that Summerset Isles wasn't included.

Does anyone else feel like maybe Wrothgar should be included, too? I mean, technically it isn't a province, but it's the home of one of the playable races. So should it be granted provincial status, if not by the letter of the law then at least in spirit?
