Hide Shoulder

I really wish that we could either hide shoulders, or get more shoulders that leave the arms uncovered. If I want the tattoos on my character's arms to be visible, I have to wear Ancient Elf light shoulders. It's probably the most minimal "shoulder" in the game so far, and it still manages to intrude elsewhere on your body.

Not before we get hide tabard option. Without this function you can't show your guild and have a custom outfit at the same time. Tabards currently appear on top of your outfit, effectively hiding it.

I would be happy even with a "shoulder" style that consists in some sort of armband which can be hidden under chest pieces

Yes, but when are you guys going to ACT on this feedback? You must be aware by now that many of us have asked for more hide features and we KNOW you have them, we've seen the screenshot! And what is with this obsession with hip flaps on everything, including robes? Many otherwise lovely styles are ruined by oversized, floating hip plates, bum flaps, groin flaps, etc, many of which clip horrendously. We were given a rather nice necro costume a while back - I put it on my necro, then immediately took it off again due to silly floating metal pieces on the hips. I haven't equipped it since and now it gathers dust. Unnecessary metal pieces that would just hook on sleeves in battle and worst of all, they FLOAT off the hip! These things totally ruin any chance of a sleek profile for my characters.

Please, PLEASE let us have more hide slot options. Let us show off our tatts and skins in STYLE without flaps!

ALL of the above - particularly about the effing flaps!!! I'm not even sure what they are supposed to be. They're terrible for clipping into things and completely ruin what could be really great outfit pieces. And they can't be 'necessary' to the modelling or whatever because there are some pieces which don't have them. Agree Agree. Agree x millions.

And while we're at it, can you please please fix the bow/shield head clipping on female characters. Male characters manage to run about without bits of metal and wood impaling their brains and shoulders, please sort this out. I was fortunate to get a voriplasm bow, which looks great...until you equip it and run along and it embeds itself into my Bosmer's head. It looks so awful, so I don't use it. Waste of crown store space in that case, imho.

Please ZOS - now you're getting the technicalities sorted out, an update pass over the visual things in the game would be amazing.

i fully agree. Hide shoulders, being able to hide floating parts that AREN'T supposed to be floating... I wouldn't mind more sleaveless or vest like options but considering how the characters look in the the animatics and such, they really need to start putting more effort into the clothing and armors. No capes or cloaks, no backpacks unless it's on a premade costume, no scarves or face coverings unless it's under a hood, few plain simple hoods, random elbow and knee pads that just... don't work? I think SWTOR had a great idea on this, and that was giving us "blank" armor pieces. When you go into the outfit editor, you apply the blank piece and it just makes it look like there is nothing equipped WITHOUT losing the equipment slotted. With how the editor HERE is, it would be a great move to give a free option next to the "X" option, which just makes it look empty.


i dunno...

It just seems to me, that if a large complaint about shoulder gear is that people DON'T WANT TO LOOK AT THEM, you might need to rethink some of the design choices.
