Refabricated and Tsaesci have the same motif number of 53

Originally, the Clockwork (later renamed to Refabricated) style was assigned #53 when it showed up on PTS years ago. But the motif was not released, and in the intervening time, the Tsaesci (Crown exclusive) style was introduced, also with the number 53.
Now that Refabricated has finally been released, it hadn't been renumbered and is still 53. And now we have two styles occupying that slot.
