nope. knew it was coming, and was surprised it even lasted this long. I've been calling this since April, considering that ZOS' strategy is so predictable.
1. do literally nothing
2. act surprised when the finder breaks
3. "fix it" by once again doing exactly nothing
4. act surprised again when it breaks again for the same reasons as before
5. rinse, lather, repeat indefinitely.

They knew all along that as they increased in player population and the peak hours saw more and more active players, eventually it would get to be unmanageable. They didn't do enough to get out in front of this and even now as event after event shows they can not maintain this level of activity they continue to roll these events out instead of fast-tracking the fixes. Which tells you a whole lot about where their priorities lie.
Honestly I'm not surprised at all. This is par for the course with this company. Sounds a lot like ZOS and ESO needs new leadership.

Nope. I was anticipating it, actually. I uninstalled the game yesterday to make room on my PS4 for The Outer Worlds — fun, quirky little space RPG. Best gaming-related decision I’ve made in a while.
Face it, guys. ESO is on life support. Your money is better spent on games that actually work.
