yet not dead and mostly because of damn TES title in it
belive or not but this game would be dead earlier only if not TES title in it pulling many fans here, mostly RP's so people who dotn care about balance changes like average norma MMO player
what they care is that why in many aspects of this "online" game they cant play solo in open world, public delves etc for their immersion2 -

Trust in Procs, Not Alcast
This has got to be the worst advice in this forum yet. proc sets can't crit, for this reason their damage is flat, any set that gives a percentage dps increase or flat stats will be a much better upgrade. as long as you can pull over 30k dps.
A good example of this is undaunted infiltrator vs mothers sorrow, usually worn on mag sorcs.
If you can do more than 30k dps you're guaranteed to gain more dps from mothers sorrow over undaunted infiltrator. I can post the entire equation here if you want it.
