SERVERS ARE TOTALLY UNSTABLE!!!

- constant crashes
- adds are invisible or dancing around and not moving
- skills dont fire
- infinite loading screens
- infinite lag
- did i said constant crashes to log in screen?
- unable to port to a new zone or trial or dungeon as as soon as you change the zone you get infinite loading screens.
- unable to log back in as you get error that your acc is already logged
- unable to port to an instance saying it is full
- unable to enjoy or play a game i played for the last 5 years

I actually have only loading issues, if I enter a random Dungeon. I have to restart the game and then port in manually to ever take part.

ESO ping? After Update 25, it's never below 150, and in Cyrodiil it's never out of the red (300+).

Hey @ZOS_GinaBruno Can you please comment on how you're going to address the performance issues ?
I recently came back from a break and after reading the forums I came to the conclusion that game performance got even worse since the last Update.
Also, maybe it has something to do with the extremely high server population due to the Corona virus crisis ? The servers can't handle the pressure ?

I did check the performance in both Battlegrounds and Cyrodiil and it was really disappointing... Constant high ping and very high ping spikes, combat abilities were not reacting on time, desync, game crashes etc.

Major lag in dungeons/trials, excessively long loading screens. My internet isn't that bad, and no other game I play lags even half as much, so it isn't that. Laptop is the same as it was before the lag, nothing's changed, just the lag's gotten significantly worse.

What is going on, ZoS? When are we getting some answers?

My group expirienced major lags in vSS yesterday. Actually we always have lags there, Ice boss bugs after few wipes and ping increases for everyone so we just have to restart the whole trial because it becomes just unplayable. Also me and some people including my bf who was in the same room with me got random disconnects in different times (when I got disconnected he didn't and visa versa)

I was grinding xp with my brother in craglorn - i got disconnected 4 times in about 1h... he get disconnect once... same connection... i will sent ticket about extra ESO+ month or two weeks... its waste of time playing now and no joy.

I can't even login anymore. Multiple login attempts and each time I get the infamous error message:
"Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection."

I have an excellent internet connection but I can't login to PC EU server.
The irony is that I can login to PTS without any issue

*Yesterday the login to PC EU server was fine. Now(last hour): Unable to connect to game server.

Got booted 2x in a row in Direfrost just before the end boss. Disabled all possible addons, didn't visit crowded zones, still didn't make any difference. Well maybe my Internet connection is too weak. 500 Mb/s. I think I'll go to full 1 Gb/s next moth to see how it works.

Is the ping of NA so much higher on average from let's say somewhere in Eastern Europe? I'm seriously thinking of starting some characters there too with those back to back double XP events coming in just a few days.

im not whiteknighting but im not sure you realize that european net can be overloaded because of quarantine. people stay at home and watch streaming videos, play games, work, ect. add this additional load to usual crappy game servers performance and you will get constant lags

Yep, I disabled absolutely every addon, still get huge ping spikes and get booted from server after about 10-15 minutes. Tried to do pledges earlier. Spindleclutch 2 was OK, no ping spikes, no problem, although I had a few addons enabled (CMX, Srendarr, AplhaGear), then I queued for Direfrost, everything was fine till the final boss, got booted, lost the group. Then I relogged and disabled all addons, went to a more secluded area, then queued from there. Not even half way trough the dungeon I got ping spikes again, got booted anew. I didn't even bother relogging, just to lose the group again. I have a high end gaming rig and decent internet connection, I have very low latency to other web sites in Germany, so clearly that's not where the problem lies. But as I said, I will upgrade my Internet subscription since it's not much more expensive to see the result.

I’ve had a fairly okay couple of hours in Cyrodiil tonight. Still having some strange thing going on with my stamina recovery, I’m still getting killed by toons that aren’t loaded and the missing skills are still putting my temper to a test. Just not as often and none kicked to desktop/character

Raids kinda suck with your perfomance zos. Could u please release the new raid to the pts, there we can play with constant 200 ping without spikes. The way it is on live for quite a while is just a joke.

Finally I just understand. Eso is designed for everyone but if something is for everything, its just for nothing. Only one think is that if something is for everyone its sells well.

at many hours here, at the end of the day, your feel that this game lies in every part of mmorpg game has to gives you this game dosnt do like it feels that shoud be in your imagination. this experience is compare to open box with a dummy inside....

I have ping on NA from 230 to 250 usually. There are spikes (performance was not good on NA too), but after this monday patch at least for me it is better than last week.

Just made a character there to test it out. It was quite stable from 180-200 ms. There were delays on some abilities, but at least they fired reliably. Logged back in to EU after midnight to finish my pledges, I had 65-80 ping and no more disconnects. I had also disabled my antivirus, but I doubt that had any influence. I will test today again at peak hour without antivirus.

Noticing lag every afternoon when i log in... try to pick up the material... endles pick up animation, nothing picks up ..

Too bad, this game is going downhill speed into history.

And no response or anything... just the usual we will investigate and we are working on performance... Sorry to say, but there is something wrong in this process.
