I think that I just found a solution to all the above...

Anybody else had this issue today? It happened one or two times to someone else in our raid, but it hit me 10+ times consistently.

The entire raid ping spikes were super noticable. My game would freeze in a state where everything was in idle animation. Sometimes I could still move and had skill animations, sometimes not. Often I would be holding the walk key and my character would stop a bit before resuming to walk. These episodes would last 5-10 episodes usually, then everything would 'snap' back into place, either by teleporting it by hyperspeed moving to its true position. Typical hardcore desync stuff.
However, reliably every 30-60 seconds, I'd get stuck completely in the DCed state with 999+ ping. No amount of waiting fixed it and I'd have to force my game closed and log back in.

None of this surprised me much, but the fact that it happened to me almost exclusively has me a bit concerned. Anybody else?

I'm mostly interested in a comparable setting, so I can rule out the issue being on my end.

NA has login issues too, I think the authentication server is having issues, not the actual megaservers.

Servers are up (I'm in atm and didn't get kicked, though others did) but there appear to be widespread, generalised internet connection issues.

You can see https://downdetector.com.au spike in connection problems all at the same time.

The problems may be stemming from Cloudflare. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com

Read the post above yours. It's nothing to do with ZOS, there's a major internet outage affecting loads of games as well as other sites.

It's affecting ISPs i think... Because i have broadband UPC and cant even get to this forum. BUT on my mobile IPS T-Mobile i can get on EVERY site, domains that not working on UPC.

I was playing ICP today. Boss didnt even do mechanics properly, I think it's safe to say that's the server *** itself.

From their description, the problem is not with Cloudflare, but their problems are a symptom.
They refer to an issue with a transit provider, which they are trying to bypass.
The list of areas in which they have set up alternate routes includes parts of the EU and US, so this could logically have a big impact.
Depending on your location, you may then have a big problem, or none at all.
I for one am getting errors in the client, unable to download patch manifest, got dropped out of server earlier, made it back only to be dropped out immediately (UI was unresponsive, I could not control my char and no one was moving around me).
Gonna sit this one out, but for once at least, I don't think the problem is with ZOS or with the aforementioned Cloudflare unless they are hosting some of ZOS's infrastructure.

Imperial City Prison final boss totally got broken. On vet hm portals sometimes didn't work (even the flesh abominaton was desynch dancing around the place, so no surprise it happened the same with portals) , sometimes Lord Warden decided that spawning no portals and just finishing all of us with his one shot mechanic was a better idea, sometimes around 2.3m HP he decided that he is immune to any type of damage and sometimes he decided that after shade phase, he will stay invisible somewhere in the arena and only get hit by AoEs.
After few wipes because of these, we started on non hardmode, our Lord Warden decided to go MIA after shade phase again. However, this time we tracked him down with AoE, and killed him bypassing all of the mechanics and portal fun.

That cost us a key though, and our sanity probably.
Fun times, 0/10 wouldn't recommend doing ICP on laggy server.

Keep getting kicked to login screen the second I enter the character selection menu, assuming I manage to get past the first login screen.

I'm experiencing a very stable connection of 15-30 minutes of gameplay before being kicked to login screen.
It's so predictable i've started timing my connection lenghts with an egg cooking timer.

My pc is very stable and my internet connection is a stable 25mb/s, i only have these issues with EU server.
USA server is very stable and the ping is most of the time better than on EU server.
I'm from the netherlands, which is in Europe.

I have no issues connecting to any other online service/game.

Am glad i found this topic, subscribing
I too cancled my eso+ subscription untill major positive changes are being made.
