But if ask them if the maybe want to give some sort of "compensation" - they refer to their ToS:

"ZeniMax does not guarantee that the Services will always be accessible or available in all countries and / or all geographic locations at any time, or that ZeniMax will continue to offer certain services for certain times"

Boss was spassing out, trash was teleporting all over.

ASked in guild - many experience the same. Dungeon's are unplayable.

Haha this, taunt a mob and it runs away. Often mobs were zigzagging in all directions and we could just wait and look at them forever.

Also lots of lag in Cyro, again..

Horrible experience in Sunpire, it was unplayable, first add group dien't even move. Same picture im dungeons, absolutly unplayable ping is between 150 and 999+. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Yesterday the dungeons were unplayable due to lag.
Today I enter Cyrodiil and all I have seen are 5 minute loadscreens everywhere. Even after entering a keep, loadscreen, later spawn at base.

ZOS, please stop pissing on customers. I have a high end pc and good internet connection, pretty sure it's not me.

RIP PC EU. Dungeon finder doesn't work. The queue only pops up on the screen for 1s and no way to accept it. Could not jump directly into the dungeon "jump failed" multiple times (Crypt of Hearts II). Ping is 200-300

Constantly hitting lag spikes of 700-999+ since last night. Hyper annoying and I'm wondering why after 6 years I'm still playing this game.

Cancelled two raids due to unplayable instances. Wasted at least 2 hours potions and patience. Though I don’t think you will ever get it fixed so the joke is obviously on me.

Why after every "performance improvement" update the game runs worse instead of improving?

Another raid evening screwed over by "performance improvements".
Before the patch you could at least luck out sometimes and get a better instance. Now practically all instances are broken from the beginning or they go to hell after a few minutes.

So can we get a heads up on whats going on? On Monday dungeons were unplayable and tonight we went fishing for good vHoF Instances, that can't be a performance improvement, right? @ZOS_GinaBruno

Since the patch my fps drops whenever I enter combat. Trying to do trials is impossible! I did Sunspire tonight and it was awful and I did a few daily Harrowstorms after and it wasn't responding at all to any input or it was just incredibly slow/delayed. What did this update do to PC EU server?

I haven't played for almost a month, as I can see best decision ever ZOS won't fix this game, they refuse to invest any resources in it so it won't get better. They will milk players as much as they can and then they will sell ESO to company like Gameforge, which will monetize every aspect of the game

Isnt it just possible that any of ZOS Employees say something about Lags/Dc/Non targetable Adds or just in general why you guys always mention you increase the perfomance.
Srsly you guys havent done anything, but yeah im the King of France.

Maybe communicate in the future but hey you guys cant.

It's definitely possible for them to comment something, however after all these years repeating the same phrases while many of the things in the game go exactly the opposite to what they've told to supposedly do or mostly just plan to do. At this point many long term players simply don't believe anything they tell, and it's the only logical way when it's very easy to compare the evolution of the game and how they communicate whenever they even bother. Words are easy just like announcing some performance improvement schedule compared to actually improving things, overall the communication is very selective and mostly they simply keep quiet or try to limit the negativity no matter how factual it is. I don't see any need for them to comment any of the issues you mentioned at this point, anyone can go play and check how things work, words won't fix these things no matter how often repeated.
