MagDK is this patch is still without a doubt, the worst class in term of sustain (and even on live server). Their dps is below average (since you can't do much with such limited amount of sustain power), and their only selling point is 10% bonus flame damage, which ironically, can't even help themselves, a full on flame DOTs class. The stat below is with 3 arcane trait jewelries and absorb magicka enchantment on backbar.


The "new" Combustion does very little to help, since the passive would only proc when the fire status effect is apply, not everytime the fire status ticks, and the time fire status apply is wildly based on RNG.
Here's my suggestion: Either reduce the cost of fire-base skills, or buff the dps of certain skills, such as Eruption and Fiery Breath (yes, both morphs), or increase the bonus of World in Ruin passive from 6 to roughly 10-15%. Cause right now, magDK have way too many things against them. They have a very hard to master rotation (compare to others), weak sustain, average dps and can only provide 10% bonus flame damage as a unique group feature, which only effect certain classes.
