Which set do you feel is the most fitting for our new Attunable Crafting Stations? Personally I am at a loss on what to pick.

Donari✭✭✭✭I chose Sload's. These are my first crafting stations so I wanted something broadly useful for all my alts. Caveat: I don't min-max and so far I don't have a healer and am highly unlikely ever to have a tank, so something that doubles up on mag/stam and offers a dps boost seemed the way to go for me. I'm probably going to go with Twice Born Star, since it's probably the best all purpose set in the game. Otherwise I'd probably just pick a DLC one I don't normally have access to.3 -

Yes I was thinking julianos. But maybe shacklebreaker, mother's sorrow, nightmother's gaze. One of my friends has a house with all the crafting stations which I usually go to while crafting, having a single set at my own place wont make me go there so my pick is merely symbolic. But the friends' house I go to has exactly that, so I'll have to come up with something else.1 -

Even if you don't have them all, waiting for next DLC seems wise. There are a couple of solid crafted sets coming out, that work for BOTH mag and stam, so quite good for leveling. Plus, you need to complete the quest to unlock (at least some of) them, so you wont be able to access those crafting stations on characters that have not completed said main quest, thus makes sense to have them at home

✭✭✭✭✭Can crafting stations be placed as furnishings and used before they are attuned? I’ve never had one before and want to take my time choosing. And do I have to know certain traits on all things or only to craft in a specific set? I’ve only crafted training gear for leveling characters and furnishings, lots of furnishings, lol, so this is new to me!

Pretty sure it's only once.
You can't place them before attuning them. However, once attuned to a specific sets, you will be able to craft that set in any trait or weight, as well as craft generic stuff 0 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you don't regularly use anything from Imperial City, and you don't regularly use anything like Clever Alchemist (a headache) or Willow's Path or Morkuldin (both a bit of a hike), then it's probably best to bank them until you feel a necessity to use them.signing off3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Hmm, I’m considering Hunding’s Rage, Night Mother’s Gaze or Twice Born Star... None of the craftable sets have effects like orbs, glows, sparkles, etc., do they? I know several dungeon and monster sets do.1 -

Attunable Crafting Stations are stations that you carry over to any set station in the world and that will copy the ability to make that particular set.
You can usually obtain them from Rollis, the Writ Voucher merchants, for 250 vouchers per.
With this community event, once you claim the reward from the Crown Store (purchase for free lol) you'll get one of each woodworking, clothing and blacksmithing.
Guess they forgot jewelry crafting is a thing now

✭✭✭✭✭I've the same problem - not sure what I want to attune them to. Of course, I have two accounts, so I can pick two sets, if my characters can interact with each other's stations - which I guess is likely since I have an outfit station in my main's Villa, so my second account can go there to use it in the "always daylight".
Anyway, I hope that's how it works! If so, probably Julianos and a stam set - NMG or Night's Silence maybe.1 -
