We need a new spammable stam sorcs arw gonna be missing one if the dizzy change goes live and magdens have no viable cc just a reminder cc's are dor pvp only.
Ima go with DoTs buffed based on two things. 1) The massive outcry early on in PTS and 2) ZOS actually has no real vision so they usually just overdo whatever gets QQ'd about the loudest.
I don't think they will revert dizzy swing though.
My 5.2.1. prediction
- Dots kept nerfed
- Mystic Orb nerfed as well (it avoided all nerfs in 5.2.0)
- spammables kept as they are now
My 5.2.2. prediction
- Dots buffed as the answer to riot that will break out after 5.2.1.
- spammables kept as they are
They let us test something for two weeks and than make a 180 degree turn. They do this pretty often. So instead of 5 weeks of testing we have effectively only 3.

Other:
- Nightblade: Shadow Cloak:
This skill and its morphs was removed and added to mages guild line.
Comment: Since NB already lost its class identity, we decided to finish what we have started. This will improve build diversity. Also this would be a buff if you are not a NB.
- New Moon Acolyte: we have tweaked this set slightly. It no longer gives 481 weapon and spell dmg, but instead increases cost of your active abilities by 85%.
- Werewolf: we decided to block this ultimate for now, till we figure out what to do with it.
Note: all your werewolf skill points will be refunded automatically. You will not lose Werewolf skill line, but the ultimate will be grayed out, and you wont be able to slot it.
- Sorcerer: we decided to tweak this class a little bit. All Sorcerer's damaging abilities received roughly 90% damage increase. Additionally all passives were increased in strength and duration by 85%.
Comment: this will lay a strong foundation balance wise and will improve Sorcerer class identity as an ultimate force on the battlefield.
- Cyrodill: We decided to remove 7 day campaign and also changed our idea of introducing 30 day alliance unlocked campaign. Instead we will add:
Special mode in which you spawn randomly in one of 3 Alliances home base: Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, or Ebonheart Pact. Since this campaign is not alliance locked, you can spawn at ANY base, no matter of your alliance. In this mode we also unlocked cross - faction transitue shrine, so you can travel to your friend (or enemy) base directly from your base.

I'm going to say next they'll address healing and HOTs . Then Direct Damage skills (I'm thinking Master at Arms is going to be changed). Finally, adjustments to attributes ( diminishing returns; prioritize putting points into Health)
"If a person is truly desirous of something, perhaps being set on fire does not seem so bad."
In no CP DoTs are fine. I'd like to see them roll the 20% resource buff from CP trees into your base resource pool and disable CP all together while keeping u23 changes as they were. CP is the real issue in this game.

Lottery? Why not play Bingo? That's more exciting. Everyone has to fill a bingo board with predictions for the next patch and once it comes around we'll see who gets a bingo first.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
Where's the nothing will change because Zos are a bunch of arrogant cusses that don't give two licks about the player base and only care about the almighty dollar option?
5.2.1
Decreased single-target DoTs damage by approximately 70%. Each cast of volley/elemental blockade costs 1 crown. Anyway no1 gonna use them so why not.
PC - EU - France - AD

I doubt they’ll be touching CP this time around.
They waiting to "fix" CP in early 2020.
( ^ Those playing another game that Bethesda is constantly "fixing" will understand)

Corrected an issue where players still appear to be dying in Cyrodiil. Reduced damage of all primary “spammable” skills by 66%. Please note that damage over time abilities still follow our previous 1.25X standardization rule, and have been adjusted accordingly. This will be a buff if more competitive and experienced player base decides to leave the game.
