After playing ESO for years on Laptops, finally i got the Time, location and money right for my Beast PC. This thing has been absolute madness in Terms of game Performances. In FarCry5, SoTR, it broke 140 FPS easy on Ultra settings, however for ESO somehow FPS is capped at 100 with VSync off (I think, cant remember if it was on) but anyhow, it was a major improvement for my gaming experience in ESO coming from laptops and finally being able to play the game in High Graphics settings.

You don't sound like you do. You just sound like you can't afford a PC or the knowledge to build one but you somehow gotta make up for it by lying on the internet. It's ok to be a console peasant, we don't gotta know how much money you make. You'd have a PC.

Actually I think ESO will run well on most PCs (4 cores, maybe even 2 cores?) of the last 10 years. A halfway decent GFX card will help with the view range and details, but that could be turned down, without suffering too much.
Went from FX-8120 to 1800X when the Ryzen came out, faster RAM, way faster SSD, same GFX - no huge difference after all, so I'll certainly not upgrade my system for a while.
