Well that's a given. I also won't consider guild names that are not capitalized.7 -

In fact, I’ll see your pettiness and raise you. I won’t invite people to guilds or groups if they have stupid names or cringey misspellings. I appreciate a groan-worthy pun or a subtle euphemism, but if your name is something like “Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes” or ”bonzurmom” or “jkjkjkjkjkjkjkjkjk” I’m comfortable going the rest of my life without interacting with you. If the prices of the items the guild is offering are as far below standard as the spelling, I’d buy.
But I agree that I wouldn’t join a guild with a misspelled name.9 -

it does trigger me as well - especially with german names - and yes i tend to avoid such stores just bcs its hurting my eyes. i know, it makes me some kind of a neurotic, but i prefer to live as a neurotic than with hurting eyes.

Yes, there are some fabulous ones that are excellent puns that are still amusing after months of playing, but there are far far more sad attempts at ‘humour’ that might just have been funny one time but now are just stupid & irritating and make me think less of the player.
Stupid Guild names would also come under this.7 -

Hahaha same- and also PC/NA, so I wonder if we're thinking of the same ones. When I first started playing the game I got randomly added to a trading guild that has a grammatically-incorrect name. I had to leave within a few days because it was making me so damn twitchy.1 -

Depends, despite servers saying Na and EU other players from other nations play on those servers, and words can be spelled different in other areas like the us and uk colour.
So if you would judge them because they dont use your way of spelling the word yes.1 -

No, not different languages. I'm talking about on NA, and very obviously did it: "Black Wizard's" or "Forrever Cheap" (not real guilds)1 -

✭✭✭✭✭German seems to be a tough language for germans as well. Our language has that compound nouns, we have to accept that. There is some beauty in it. Which other major latin language has that? It's kind of unique. We have words like Dampfschifffahrtsgesellschaft, it's not Dampf-Schiff-Fahrts-Gesellschaft, or Schifffahrts Gesellschaft....its Dampschifffahrtsgesellschaft.
