I had the same issue and i was worried that I'd miss out on my reward for watching the last betheda live event but I did get my rewards. So it does help to put in a ticket. My twitch always says im linked but for some reason my account did not say i was even though initially i had linked it and never unlinked it. Might be a bug idk.

Thanks for your reply, to be honest it's the not being able to reconnect it that bothers me more than some lottery for something I really don't need anyway.

Thanks. It was linked, I'm wondering if a change in twitch name threw a spanner in the works (same twitch account).
I have tried disconnecting the link from twitch and reestablishing it but it throws an error each time I have tried.
