Any plans to help out with MagBlade survivability?

I hate to be the guy replying with L2P but magblade survivability is fine on live and next patch it looks even better. If you're struggling to survive then you're either doing something wrong or magblade isn't for you.

I still run vamp on my proxy blade and it's like a death sentence against anything stamina/mDK. So for open world builds you should drop vamp, equip some generic hist sap / spinner / brp resto build with dark cloak and >30k hp and then talk about survivability again, especially as of next patch where entropy viability rises and running lingering pots on magblades could become a thing.

I’m running spinners with troll king. Three protective trait jewelry. I’m not using dark cloak, though... just shadowy disguise.

So should I combine spinners with buffer of the swift along with the brp resto and drop protective jewelry for arcane?

Are you in CP or no-CP? Troll king isn’t that great in no-CP.

Buffer of the swift + Spinners + BRP resto back bar is a good setup. For monster it’s up to you; skoria or bloodspawn.

Broken due to Cloak and not because of Healing Ward or Rapid Regeneration.

Not quite. 18k/sec easy heals arent exactly healthy for the game

On live I love them, they’re being nerfed in the upcoming patch and I’m not sure how to adapt yet. If you aren’t running protective now I wouldn’t switch.

Are you 810CP? Playing in the CP campaign with low CPs could be the issue.

I am running three protective now. Full CP. i figure i could swap around my resistances. Maybe trade off two protective for arcane and then run the Lady.

I hop between melee and ranged- and I don’t rely on group heals. I noticed a few names on this post saying that “surviability is easy”- but they run in ball groups with purge/heal bots. survivability is really easy when you rely on others to carry you. Lol

I have a feeling that Magblades will have to shoot for higher resistances now that we’re going to easily be counter-feared by every stam build out there.

The problem is maintaining burst to secure kills while having enough survivability to escape.
