the Set's buff is ten seconds though, i guess thats what he meant.
Thank you I completely overlooked the sets cooldown but even still at 3.5k per ten seconds that’s not a bad trade off for 100% uptime.
At this point we have four options none are perfect.
1) Mirage every ten seconds, resetting it 50% early
2) Take the self snare with heavy armor.
3) Run Ransack
4) Drop the set long standing bugs are still bugs and it’s been fixed do one of the first three or move on.

i mean. If a stamblade gonna use this set, they are looking for to be brawler type right? Which also mean of snb skill line will be used on backbar. Ransack provides fracture too which nightblades lack right now. Doesnt sound too bad.
Ransack no longer provides minor resolve (changed to minor protection), so it no longer activite the set. Who you can one run ravager, you will have 100% uptime on it if you spam surpise attack or mark. More WD than 7th by 150 and higher uptime at low to no cost at all, works very well if you are a ganker too.2 -

Please tell me more about how you're going to use mirage over shuffle, an ability that not only gives major evasion, but gives 7 seconds of cc immunity, and actually costs stamina...
If you use it to proc 7th legion, you have to use it once every 10 seconds. Look I was just listed reason why it’s not useless. I get my anti snare from Forward Momentum, Rally is great but I don’t need the extra heals to stay more alive. I break free when I need to and manage my resources so I don’t need to have CC immunity up 24/7 you end up spending more stamina trying to stay ahead for CC that are not there.
I have more then enough magic for Cloak, Mirage and Fear. Again I forgot the ten second cool down but Mirage last for nearly 30 seconds with it's buffs lasting that whole time so not like you’re burning your magic. I do pretty good.
When you run the numbers with the way resistance buffs work Mirage ends up giving 27% resistance to AoEs and 2% resistance to everything else that’s not a bad trade off.Chaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer
