Since the release of this skill is was ignored by meta healers because of it's limited in utility for several reasons:
1. Suppresses weapon enchants on LA
2. Does not return magicka as much as regular HA
3. Targeting in a large crowd is difficult.
In current changes it has a potential to provide much needed burst heal to all classes and make healing more engaging.
Please consider to:
1. Add smart targeting just like other single target heals, where lowest health ally in the area you are targeting gets the heal.
2. Add magicka return on LA to compensate for disabled Magicka return enchants
3. Match the potency of magicka return on HA to regular HA with similar scaling mechanics (CP and other multipliers)
4. Make HA channel to last limited amount of time (1s) with some portion of healing done as AOE heal to friendlies once it's finished.
This will make the skill very usable and healers will happily slot it.
