I'm just excited to find out how did he came back, without "oh noes, Sai Sahan comes back, I don't know any details, but mah immershun is ruined"
But while we are at itcan we have Darien and Leythen back please?

You know the forum will soon be flooded with angry posts about ZOS breaking lore/immersion by bringing back Sai. Even the Necromancer class announcement was met with outrage over being lorebreaking.
Don’t get too excited it’ll probably just be something like “Oh, {Insert divine or daedric dude’s name here} saw fit to grant me a second chance for my good deeds” or something along those lines.

If Akatosh bestow Dragonborn blood to him, then it will make sense and interesting

No it won't; if Sai were Dragonborn it would completely prevent the vanilla main questline - the lack of Dragonborn is a good chunk of the problem. That's why Tiber Septim showing up was a big deal - wearing the Amulet keeps the Daedra out, thus no invasion from Coldharbour.
Also being Dragonborn doesn't make you immortal. So it wouldn't even explain how he came back.

That being said, I feel like I just watched the first 10 minutes of The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies.

Perhaps, however the planemeld predates you by quite some time. Sai had been captured for years.VaranisArano wrote: »Maybe Elsweyr is supposed to happen between rescuing Sai and the end if the Main Quest now?

And yes by reusing caracters they mess up more and more.
I found that you could not start The Tharn speak with the prologue active

Maybe.
But knowing ZOS and the complications of different players choosing different people to sacrifice, it’ll be likely it’ll be explained away in one line of dialogue when you first speak to him, they’ll be an option on the dialogue with your guy saying “Sai? What happened? I thought you were dead” then Sai Sahan saying “Yes, but {insert one line explanation here}” and it’ll never be brought up again.

If they had the option for Lyris or Sai to turn up in this role then it would solve all of the problems.
If you sacrificed Sai then Lyris turns up.
If you sacrificed Lyris then Sai turns up.
If you sacrificed Varen then both are available and maybe you get a choice of who you would prefer to work with (or both).
