If they had been 3,000 crowns this one would have gladly bought them both. As it is just the banker for this one. Tythis finally gets to go and 'retire' at Farmer Puddle's Sugar Farm …
So this one overall spent less crowns than if they had both been cheaper. Perhaps they do not want our crowns after all?

If you really did do this, I would suggest putting in a CS ticket and seeing if they will swap them for you, it's worth a shot.
Yes think the 3K versus 5K is an huge barrier.SantieClaws wrote: »Perhaps if the price was nearer to the price of a mount more travellers might be tempted no?

Agreed.
If they were 3000 apiece I would've insta-bought both!
5000 apiece is just pure greed on Zenimax's part.
Nice, as they are small they should not despawn on porting like the standard banker and merchantSantieClaws wrote: »@zaria
You are welcome to pop to Sugar Island and see her. Ezabi was last seen in the summerhouse by the bar eyeing up a bowl of noodles.
This one has taken her out and about and finds she is large enough to find in a crowd. She is also quite fearless and will rarely hide between the legs of other travellers even in the midst of a dragon fight.

ZOS probably could have sold both types of vendors in bulk at 1/2 that price, but it will be a hard sell at 5k. One must question if they really want to sell the majority items in the crown store, or just look at the prices and dream, because they are way too high priced. These don't serve the purpose of microtransactions at all. The point of microtransactions is for people to spend small amounts of money in the games. Sometimes they'll lose track and end up spending more than they expected, but when you have 5k-6k and 15-16k items costing more than a 100€ in the store, you just can't see them as microtransactions anymore.

I can only compare it to the other MMO I play, WoW. If you want to buy a merchant (not the banker) they come in mounts you buy for gold. You can buy gold for money with the token, at 165k per 20€ (the amount of gold varies, but it's around that). The cheapest of these mounts costs 20k, the second cheapest 105k.
Now, I know they have different business models, but still, the pack for 5500 crowns is 35€. That's too much to qualify as microtransaction, and too much for a basic game function. I will spend the crowns once I accumulate enough from the subscription, but I would definitely not buy them if I had to spend cash on purpose to get them.
