Ticket Issue

My character is locked and I have a majority of my main items in the characters inventory at the moment along with a majority of my gold, I also spent a ton of crowns on this character so I was hoping to play as soon as possible, also I had a glitch before I got my character locked where I could neither sprint or mount even after repairing game files...
