For every 15 lengthy NB discussions there is a brief DK discussion.
DK improvements are questionable while their nerfs are irreversable.

Just keep making posts like these so all us stamdks can learn and adapt accordingly.

i'd hate that this time around, adapting means my (firey) Dragon Knight's main skill is puking poisonous spew.......

and using a skill only for its passive, which is completely against the intended usage.

In other words, we're adapting to a broken class with a broken set of skills.



I've been loyal to my main for 4+ years.

Maybe it's time to make a change. Necro looks fun. I just hate doing the mount speed and skyshards.

There just aren't enough stamDKs remaining to have a voice. Only the most masochistic ones have survived to this day.

I suppose adapting will include just doing what majority of DKs do. Hold taunt, position things, pack up trash...

To feel I'm playing a DK I had to take old Way of Fire from a chest, while using S/B in my stam DK... at least there's a flame each in a while.

Though I rely too much on Skoria proc =/

It's crazy. I'm still wrapping my head around using Breath and Whirling Blades as spammables.

If only we could do both at the same time. 360 degrees of green puke.

Like there are multiple new options to use as a spammable... carve is going to be inline with most other spammables but will apply aoe bleeds, flurry has viable damage now. Your stamDK did get buffed you're just looking in the wrong places.

I think people are mainly talking about pve.

I find the buff to DPS decent, though I haven't compared to buffs to other classes. It seems the gap between DK and NB got closer, so that's good.

I hate how it is done.

It will be good for some laughs during trials.

Let's hope for 5.1.

Oooooh I'm such a PvP meathead lol. Still I want to point out that next patch flurry is doing 9.5% more damage per cast than surprise attack if you compare the base damage of the skills.

Lol. I've been PvPing a ton more lately. Might be my new focus next patch.

Yes, with vMA daggers, flurry is doing more damage. But sDK and sSorc (nothwithstanding Liko's perfection parses ) are at the bottom for pve dps.

what about going to the stamsorc post to say that?

We all want classes to be fixed, that kind of opinion doesn't help.

The change is odd, because some years ago ZoS got rid of toggles (most of them). Even bad-but-not-so-bad Inferno was reworked into a more active skill. Now the solution to make stamDK "competitive" again is a toogle.

I also made a post and ticket regarding this.... A spammable and passive/buff (wanted and needed) which is dependent on 3 dot's and a gap closer... Spamming dots are what they are saying they are working away from.. Yet, here we are.... For 5 seconds.

Similar mini game as grim focus.

Maybe let the buff trigger from class abilities.

I try not to complain and constantly adept, but can we get actual stam options?

Each stam spec is basically a copy of others (especially ability wise), no matter the class.

Here is hoping that their ability audit bears some fruit.

The thought off burping on people until they die makes me want to go back to magdk lol. But if I can attain good dps without resorting to this joke meta I guess I will be okay.

Pvp is another story. Gonna be a try hard again.

exactly. and all those spammables are not DK-specific.

Your stamDK did get buffed you're just looking in the wrong places.

no, MELEE class got buffed, StamDK is still left alone in the corner of the room like a special needs child.
