Orcrest is awesome and feels like a proper city (seeing it for the first time from outside the city walls is also impressive), but like Sunhold last year, it's a public dungeon.
Fortunately, the rest of the zone is superb. It's the first zone we've had with this much verticality (it reminded me of GW2).

The crafting tables are all in one area similar to Summerset ... so it should be bustling with crafters doing writs.
Now the bad news:
ZOS has (again) made a lot of inaccessible (chained off) doors ... especially in the main palace. Which gives an “incomplete” or “unfinished” impression. In my opinion of course.
