[FORUM BUG] Category selector no longer working in search

For example, if I want to find the patch notes detailing changes to a particular skill, I'll search for that skill name in the Patch Notes forum category. In the past, the search results for this would only be patch notes that mention the skill name. But now, the category selection is not working, and the results that I get are from the entire forum.
As you can see in this screenshot below, I'm looking for changes to Mark Target in the patch notes, and I'm getting results in General Discussion instead.
