Only 3 Days into The Forums . . .

This is an informative article in regards to the popularity of circumstances within your forum.

I'm already quitting. I'm 23. You know? It's like hearing someone tell you they'll pay you back after they've loaned $ from you already and yet, they already owe you money prior to this loan?

You know they wont pay you back. You *see it for what it is*, and so you say "No." because you've learned the hard way in life and know better, and how it will turn out.

I made a few observations. Some good ones. So I decided that, because it was so common to me and others that I knew, I would make a post about it to help out or put some attention toward it.

The concept is - unless I'm in a social part of the forum where discussion is reasonable - I found myself crowded by Members of the Forum who just enjoy reading their own words and being disrespectful, stirring the pot or whatever other figure of speach you can come up with.

Truth is? I am one of your most dedicated players and customers. I had different motives coming here, than what I've seen in most others here.
I just wanted to keep myself up to date, play with some good people and have fun, explore the lore section a bit and offer any help or sugestions I can.

This is a huge problem if left unaddressed. I've been pushed out because, I'm here to help and not to be hated on or make a bad name for myself or my PSN . . all because I asked if anyone knows the Origins of Mai'q the Liar or if The Armor Master Gear made a mistake or not?

Keep taking advice and suggestions from these guys, ZOS. When you realize that every MMO dies because of the lowest of players taking away the fun and desire, and not the business end on your part? The better.

I can only hope that another player will have all the beautiful suggestions and ideas that I so very much wanted to share for ESO, or even the respectful attitude to be willing to share any game issues in these forums that exist in ESO.

You will have peole tell you:
"Yeah well, that is every MMO and every Forum."

It's no wonder they never work out than. People are full of crap, excuses and at the end of the day - Admins are either careless or lazy. In turn, that becomes everyones demise. Everyones. So do something - quit yappin'.

I hope you do something about it. Nonetheless, I take my leave and I'm more than sure there will either be cowards galore and crickets surrounding this article

While I can agree there are trolls, I don’t know of ANY game forum where you won’t run into them. The admins are constantly removing bad posts but it would take a very large crew.

Having been on other game forums, this one is pretty tame by comparison. I'm sorry you ran into some bad eggs.

As far as they can, the team from zos does a good job of editing, deleting and reprimanding inappropriate comments and threads but unfortunately the anonymity of the internet emboldens trolls. That's not something that zos can regulate.

The forums are salty but if you can't handle it, then you're obviously not the most dedicated player in the least.

Imo everyone here is a dedicated player, even the ones that I don't agree with. Most came on the forums to try help the game they love, keep growing and to save the current classes on the chopping block, from one dlc to the next, from becoming dust collectors.

Most have spent lots of money and time into this game because they are dedicated players because they haven't quit.

I’m not sure either, but the advice applies both ways. Never let others ruin the things you treasure. Be that which you want to see. Stand by what you truly love.

There is always a point to say goodbye, to be sure. Many good reasons for that. Forum communites are often problematic and can be part of the reason.

Bro, you came here with thread blaming devs for unclear description of Armor Master, i.e. you expected that if you can slot shuffle, immovable and harness magicka it will give +15% to HP.
Despite that no viable PVE or PVP build will waste 2 slots to have +10% HP, you received quite polite answer that description is clear, given how English grammar works.

No, seems like they said they were quitting the Forums.

I don't get the big drama scene, as if it's something that is everyone else's fault. "We" did something to them.

We did nothing. You see a post, you read it. If you don't like what people are saying, close it. Read something else.

If you make a post, then you don't like the responses, then close it. And maybe the issue was not as big a deal as you thought it was.

Bottom line - We did not and do not "run anyone out" of the Forums. We don't control your computer. You do. You make your choices to contribute or just watch. That is not on anyone else. So many posts fly by trying to Blame everyone else for that specific person's individual decision.

Check out his original post. He made a statement, a couple of people disagreed with him (a little bluntly, nothing to get excited about), and the OP works himself up into a lather, which then triggers the usual suspects here. If nothing else, it’s a nice diversion from all of the PvP vs. PvE nonsense.

I feel compelled to defend the community here. Overall, this is a pretty great community and healthy debates on the forum are good.

Suggesting a change to Armor Master is fine, and it what the forums are for. People will weigh in, and devs may take the idea under advisement. However painting the "issue" (which at worst is one set of armor performing incorrectly and at best simply a confusing tool tip) in such a negative light seems excessive. "This needs to be fixed, as I imagine a lot of people are spending too many coins, resources and getting fed up with such a TERRIBLE result afterward."

OP, many of your posts sound angry and negative. I hope you do find some peace, or that this is just a persona that you've created for kicks. Because it can't be enjoyable to look for the worst in people (or games) all the time. Getting that angry over the little things isn't good for anyone.
