I have about half of Silver Dawn, Huntsman, and Elder Argonian done. Once I learned that they'll be dropping in the anniversary boxes, I decided to not farm them anymore and will just get them from the event. Otherwise, I have all. (Honor Guard isn't in the game yet, btw)

Pretty much all the styles that drop in battlegrounds I don't have. Nor do I collect the monster helm/shoulder styles.

I used to keep up with motifs and styles almost religiously. When you focus on creating characters, style is a huge component of what makes their identity work cohesively. I've scaled back on that somewhat for a variety of reasons.

First, my original reason for being a master of styles was to be of service to the community. When the outfit system was revealed and we learned we could not style outfits for other players, I was pretty disappointed to say the least.

But what really crushed my religious devotion to style was the release of style pages that are impossible for me to obtain. The moment it became impossible for me to be a master of styles, I was forced to let it go.

I still get (almost) all motifs and styles provided they aren't locked behind a paywall. I've learned to be very patient with DLC dungeon motifs in particular. I'm done even considering paying outrageous sums for those. With patience, those always drop to more reasonable levels.

Missing Grim Harlequin and maybe one other crown store exclusive I can't recall. Although I was ticked I accidentally "learned" the Frostcaster motif on one of my alts instead of my main. Pretty sure that messes up some achievement or another, but I can still access the style at the outfit station.

Styles is to niche to make an impact in game, most never pay attention to a style difference, except maybe caldwell's and for that reason I got all his. As for other styles could care less.

I am impressed with how many people have so many of these sets. But I don't like repetitive dailies to get pages and I am cheap so its on me really. I so want that uber master Crafter achievement so going to have to get serious some day.

You can make it work under both of those conditions. I do. It simply takes patience. In many respects, it is easier now than it once was. A number of the formerly outrageously expensive motifs have come down in price a LOT.

Other than normal drops, I only acquire ones I need for a Master Writ, and don't buy pages just to complete motifs. When I get significantly closer to that, my spending may change.

Events like the current one that increase the drop rate are a major source for me.

when this event started last year --- i had already had everything but the new worm cult set --- i have all of them now, even the two crown store exclusive ones.


being a grand master crafter and knowing every single style evidently helps your character get that whopping 6 to 7 voucher master writ .

I should add that I also don't do content just for the chance of a motif page. They're just gravy on things I'd do anyway. For example, this week 2 of the event, I'm doing Undaunted and Wrothgar dailies for the Undaunted levels, and the Briarheart drops. The style and motif pages are just a bonus, and perhaps a less important one than the XP boost.

I doubt it's possible to gather all pages by doing dailies, that's close to an eternal task. Purchasing is the way to go. And if you are into purchasing, right now is a perfect time, as the prices have dropped a lot due to event-oversupply.

I'm missing most of Huntsman. I wish I could get more of that with this anniversary event, but it appears it isn't meant to be. I have all of the other motifs. And, am unfortunately missing the rest of the monster set styles. I never was that interested in those. I felt when they added monster set styles the selection/volume was getting ridiculously out of hand.
