I never thought i would write this.. but i noticed really empty server EU last few days also... I also am experiencing chat lag,... combat lag,... which i never did before, to be honest...

And also when i come online and see that there is delay in chat, i simply just close the game and do not play it... And after quite some time, i am considering if i will pay ESO+ because i pay for 3 months and it is comming to end in few days..

Sooo...this is starting to be really bad for this game...i hope we get fix and players back soon.

It will only get fixed in 6 months, that's ZoS plan at least (there is a topic somewhere with this info) so you better save your money dude since it will take a while.
The timeframe they 've set makes you feel that ZOS as far as manpower is concerned is consisted out of ZinaBruno, Matt Firor and another lad who is overreacting in forums deleting posts/threads because he was told to.

When this was a sub only online game, the same issues had been around.
They couldn't easlily have surfaced cuz the population was low.
They deliberately transitioned to another paying model hoping people will swarm.
The greatest part of lag relating issues were then noticed.
They are still there since launch day.

THEY WON"T be fixed in 6 months.
    We all know it...

During the week, I have seen almost no lag during overland PvE. However; Sunspire, dungeons and PvP are laggy as hell. Attacks not registering, weapon swap is slow etc.

Now, I am in 4 guilds and 3 of them are top notch 450+ trade guilds. Half of the guild pop is missing, only logging in to feed necro's mount. Some of my in game friends also stopped playing and constantly checking the forums if the problems are fixed (like myself). It is tragicomic really, considering we still have faith in ZoS to fix this yet they always disappoint us and we still gave them our money (some of us are still paying).

Ahh TY for information... i just hope that will not be their final blow in their own knee...

When playerbase is that big and when "majority" of players start quiting it is really hard - almost impossible to get players back...

Hi all, just confirming we've seen this thread and are looking into what's going on.

    Our savior and prophet <3

What exactly do you think will change? The service zos has offered europe the last year has been beyond any considerable excuse. And to make it worse, the service they provide in US is of such higher standard it feels like they are two different companies (which is probably the correct assumption). I started playing NA sometime in december, and running a 200 ping primetime vivec NA is a blessing compared to any time in EU. No lag, or not noticeable, even when I get the 500+ ping symbol I can play as normal, skills go off when they should, movement is smooth and there is no waiting screens while porting.
We have the same codes in NA and EU (i assume we do), more or less the same playerbase, but still the EU servers performance has been up to and until today, with peaks the wrong way, absolutely garbage. The brand is under a huge strain in EU, players are losing confidence in the ability to handle a thing which in US seems like an easy daily routine.
How can we expect the servers to improve when clearly the problem lies within the actual hardware. Theres nothing to change or sort out in the software department, as long as the codes are equal in EU and NA. Its only a question of WHY zenimax chose to offer their EU partners such cheap hardware compared to what they offer their american audience.

    Sounds about right.

Maybe they think they won't get enough players to justify the cost, in the EU?

If so, I think they may be wrong.

However, they certainly won't get many players, or keep them, if they continue to treat us like second (or third) class citizens.

You have to speculate to accumulate.

They've said that the hardware is the same but the infrastructure is different, so most likely the provider for PC-EU is just garbage. Probably they got a good deal with them and went with it to save money instead of getting a proper provider with good standards.
